Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 02.00 above but except stone.

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones, obtained from masonry of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work) and stone setts from pavings; stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L flush pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished rough complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on external wall concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of GI mesh wire, any size and type confirming to IS-2721-1979, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dense soil.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n.exe 250 Sq. cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including neccessary formwork as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 28 here-in-above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-250 (Fe 410W) for fixing in chain link wire fencing, including necessary cutting bending etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete, all as specified & directed.Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining & resecuring of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire including making good staples etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick,cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in paths finished with even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade `A', complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 20mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006, made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved shape, size, colour and pattern, laid over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including watering, jointed, pointed in grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified. Make: NATIONAL / NITCO/NIMCO / METRO / VITCO / ULTRA / ANJALI / TERRA FIRMA / Mehtab Tiles

M&L for providing cast-in-situ cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in kerb stone and the like, including necessary formwork, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified.

M&L for 20-25mm decorative tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in Path, outdoor floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.
