Providing Mild Steel specials fabricated/ manufactured out of MS plate of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS 3589 - 2001 or out of HR coils of same/ equivalent grade; coated internally with food grade epoxy and externally/ outside with epoxy coating; complete in all respect as per relevant IS codes with upto date amendments and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. 1000 mm nominal dia (clear Internal dia.) specials of 10 mm thickness (min.)

Fabrication/Supply of 800mm dia flange 35mm thick at site of work.

Hiring of Breaker for breaking of CC road at site of work.

Hiring and running charges of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel as per site requirement.

Hire and running charges of crane 20 ton capacity with driver and fuel as per site requirement.

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water main or drain the like.

Lighting arrangement and safety equipment site of work for safe working men and materials as per site requirement.

Fixing of Ms Reducer 1000X800 mm dia, Flange 800 mm dia and fixing of 800 mm dia sluice with help of labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician and material like welding machine, cutter set, welding rod, nut bolt with washer, packing sheet etc along with T&P and transportation of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Constructing masonry Chamber 185x185x375 cm, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve etc. and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 .

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 Circular shape 560 mm internal dia

Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manholes with 20x20x10 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per standard design :With 20x20 mm square bar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Testing and commissioning of line as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
