Provn of cleaning of sludge for 100 users septic tank by manual means incl removal of sludge and disposal of the same to the earth pit incl digging of earth pit of appropriate size and cover with earth on completion and wash away all the sludge with water etc. complete.

Demolition of existing broken septic tank, earth work excavation for enlargement of existing septic tank in a dirty condition with a foul smell and unhygenic condition including removing of all dirty soil from the site to a suitable place etc complete cleaning of all dirt and ready for repair of septic tank

Dismantling PVC or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead 100 mm dia pipe

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement of 20 mm thick cement plaster
