Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of "KOEL GREEN" Make 6K1080TA G2 Model, 200 HP @ 1500 RPM, 6 cylinder Vertical water-cooled diesel oil Engine directly coupled with "KOEL GREEN" Make AC alternator, 3-phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz, power factor @ 0.8 .Self excited, Self regulator designed to run at 1500 RPM 128KW/160KVA DG Set with acoustic enclosure (Sound Proof) as per central pollution control board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set. Make:- Kirloskar or equivalent.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type-19, 50mm dia, length 2 mtrs (short time current -52.6 rms for 1 sec, peak-125.6) with back fill compound including providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc as required. Make:- Havells or equivalent in Polycab/Finolex/RR Cable

a) 3.5 Core x 185 Sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Kirloskar make KDS Three Phase 5 HP/3.7 KW Monobloc pump set Model No. KDS550++, 50x40 mm (suc x del)etc. as required. Make:- Kirloskar or equivalent.

Supplying & installation of 3 phase 415 Volts Cosmic star- Direct on line starter 5 HP, 3.7 KW,Contactor rating-12,Overload range 7-10 Amps. Make :-Havells Cat No. IHPDOLLA*E or equivalent etc as required.
