Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately )1) In rows 5 cm apart in both directions.

Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots, lush green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of the officer-in charge

Providing and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) with all lead & lift as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Stacking of jamuna sand at site I/C royalty and carriage, loading, un- loading with all lead and lifts. As per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment)

Digging holes in ordinary soil & refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure of sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% one part of stacked volume of cattle manure after reduction by 8%) flooded with water, dressing i/c removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all lead and lift (cost of manure sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid separately.) Holes 60 cm dia & 60 cm deep.

Holes 45 cm dia & 45 cm deep.
