Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode to connection with GI nut, bolt, spring washer exacavation & refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC / XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured cable as approved by dept. Engg. of 3.5 core x 400 sq mm size direct in ground including excavation sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC / XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured cable as approved by dept. Engg. of 3.5 core x 400 sq mm size in the RCC / Hume / Metal pipe etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, double door floor mounted , cubicle type, compartmentalized electrical panel made out of 2 mm thickness (load bearing section) of metallic sheet steel of tentative panel size 1.2 mtr height & 2.6 mtr width (or as approved), including supplying, installation & internal wiring of following mountings, to be mounted on Cement concrete pedestal complete as required,duly acid treated for derusting, primered and painted with powder coating of approved shade as per drawing approved by engineer in charge. (Manufacturing will be done only in CPRI approved factories) a) Incommer:- Two numbers 400 A, TPN SDF with HRC fuse b) Bus coupler:- One numbers 400 A, TPN SDF with HRC fuse c) Outgoing:- Two numbers of 400 A, 36KA, FPMCCB with rotary handle with thermomagnetic release & terminal spreader. d) Outgoing:- Two numbers of 250 A, 36KA, FPMCCB with rotary handle with thermomagnetic release & terminal spreader. e) Two nos digital Multifunction meter (V, I, KVA, KWH, PF) with round CT (400/5amp) - 6nos , 6A MCB, C-series SP - 6 nos, LED Indicator -6nos. f) Bus-bar chamber comprising four strips (400amp, 100% neutral) copper bus-bar of suitable length mounted on insulator etc as required.
