Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering (External) 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering (Internal) 12mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down plastered surfaces and appying two coat of ACE Exterior Emulsion Anti- Algal weather coat Exterior paint with approved Tint above Exterior wall primer above Exterior wall putty up to 1.50mm thickness in one coat. The paint shall be applied with Thread Roller. (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down plastered surfaces and appying two coat of ACE Exterior Emulsion Anti- Algal weather coat Exterior paint with approved Tint above one coat of Exterior wall primer. The paint shall be applied with Thread Roller. (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing for old decorative plastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down plastered surfaces of old work and cleaning old decorated surfaces using steel wire brush sand paper and scraping down with and including filling cracks upto 3mm using Crack seal and appying two coat of ACE Exterior Emulsion Anti- Algal weather coat Exterior paint with approved Tint. The paint shall be applied with Thread Roller. (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying a Coat of 1.50mm Wall Care Putty with and including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over a Coat of alkali resistant Primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for Complete Removal of existing Treatment and applying Wall Care Putty 1.5 mm thick, Rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a Smooth Finish Surface including filling the existing Nails/ Screw Holes, etc. and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cement concrete (reinforced) of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing debris etc to out side of MD/AF land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for tubular trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for preparation of new steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in Aluminium Powder coated frame work suspension system consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle, wall angle fixed on PVC dash fastners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c main runners plqaced #@ 1200, Cross Tee 1200mm inserted in the pre-cut slots of main runner aqt5 a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm and additinal cross tees of 600mm placed perpendicular to the cross Tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm, grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be hang with ceiling cleats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty Electric Cable with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volt grade, Cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3½ Core with suitable size Aluminium Thimbles including jointing and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (i). For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Material and labour for Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in Trenches Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks, kiln burnt, for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
