Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover , Class LV ,Type1 flat ,size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed

Material and laying steel tublar swaged poles with cast iron base plate, 410-SP-31, as per sample of length 09 Mtrs duly painted, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts,& screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bracket for street light fitting made out of GI tubing 40 mm light grade pipe 2' x 1 -1/2' 135 degree bend with duly aluminium painted ,cutting , welding and two MS bracket with nut bolts and washer bracing to pole/on fencing for street light fittings.

Supply, Installing ,Testing and commissioning of LED Street light Fitting with a nominal system 5300 lumen output of lumens , minimum system efficacy of 115 lm/W and total power consumptiion not exceeding 45 W ( including driver ) . The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 50000 burning hours at L70B50. The Luminaire should have a colour temperature of 5700 - 6500 K and CRI > 80 . The Luminare shall meet IP66/Ik07 or IK08 rating with THD<10% and PF > 0.95 . The luminaire housing should made of pressure die cast aluminium and the integrated luminaire optics shall have a high efficiency diffuser with more than 85 % transmittance . The fittting should have an internal SPD of minimum 4 KV .The driver should have phase to phase protection for 8 hours . The luminaire should have a NABL approved LM79 report . LM80 report from the LED manufacture is a must along with biological report . Luminaire and the driver shall ben BIS certified seperately and shall posses seperate '' R'' numbers Fitting should include nut bolt and SS screws for suitably fixing on the existing solar street light pole complete all specified and directed. Note :-The Street Light should have a minimum 05 years warranty submitted by the tenderer from manufacture.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of PVC junction box of size 200mmX160mmX98mm , including connector block , two holes for incoming and outgoing cables, providing cable glands double compression as per requirement, providing DIN rail for mounting 6 Amp MCB and Clamps made out of MS Flat Iron 25X4mm, MS hexagonal bolts, nuts and washers for arrangements to pole/ surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rigid non-metallic PVC FRLS conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm external dia, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, to be fixed along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof elastomer sheathed flat twin core Copper wire cable of size 1.5 sqmm for connection of street light, complete, all as specified and directed.
