NOTE:-The C.I sluice valve shall conform to BIS 780 -1984 for 50 to 300 mm dia & BIS:2906-1984for 350 to 1200 mm dia ( latest adition ) However I f seat pressure exceeds t he l imits prescribed in above mentioned BIS. than It shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seatpressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS1414(API 600 ) (b) Supply of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled /BHEL/Leader /Kartar of suitable size cast iron double flanged actuator valve having bye - pass arangement ( to be provided on delivery side ) of size one size higher than the delivery size of pump & shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 52 kg/cm2 of class ASA -600 asper BS-1868-API(600).= 2 Nos. NOTE:-The C.I sluice valve shall conform to BIS 780 -1984 for 50 to 300 mm dia & BIS:2906-1984for 350 to 1200 mm dia ( latest adition ) However I f seat pressure exceeds t he l imits prescribed in above mentioned BIS. than It shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seatpressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS1414(API 600 ) (c) Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled / BHEL/Leader/Kartar make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye-pass arrangement of size equal to Rising main i.e. 150 mm and shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 52 Kg/ cm2 of class ASA-300 as per BS-1868-(API-600). = 1 No. NOTE: The C.I reflux valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 part -I( latest adition ) However if seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed In BIS 5312 than it shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seat pressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS 1868 (API 600 )

(a) Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex / Gloster/ Grandlay make Conforming to BIS: 1554 ( Part-I ) 1988 latest with upto date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered ( one cable carrying all three phases ) including all other Electrical equipment / accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipes, solder ,nuts & bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipes or tranches under floor.The type size & make will be subjct to approval of HPSEB authority. Providing and fixing of pressure transmitter with digital/analog outfit to be fixed in delivery line. = 1 No.

Providing and laying assembly of GI pipe considering site requirement and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set. The pipe shall conform to relevent BIS codes & capable of with standing the field test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers / reducers, flanges, rubber guskets 3 mm thick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. NOTE :-Actual laying to be done final drawings to be approved by the Engineer in charge. = 1 Job

Providing & Fixing of HMEI 7" Screen for displaying & controlling of Parameters= 1 No.

Errection of all equipments including cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. = 1 Job
