Execution of work

Clearing jungle, wild growth including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation of boundary wall (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of boundary wall including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth of boundary wall including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in plinth of wall excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc comlpete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Form work of centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for roof height of 3 mtr height including labour and material etc complete for Plinth beam.

Coursed rubble masonry of boundary wall in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with hard stone (first sort) in superstructure above plinth level etc complete.

Provision for Coping with 50 mm thick sand stone on top of wall with 20 mm. thick bed of mortar of ratio 1:6 cement and c sand . Coping stone to be laid with fine dressing and making side end as semi circular shap (Bull nose type) etc complete including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing on the boundary wall for safety and security of the site with MS angle 40x40x5mm vertical post and same size angle horizontal support of top middle and bottom for adjoining the frame 12 mm dia bar with arrow headed on top and placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Grill Panel size 2.00x1.50 mtr).

Provision for fixing M.S. Gate with two leaf with angle iron 50x50x6 mm, flat iron 50x6 mm and 12 mm dia bars with arrow headed on top and placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c fabricated as per design/drawing attached including all the supply of materials fabrication and fixing of the same. Required proper completion of work at the site. (Gate Size 2.00 x 1.80 mt.)

Flush pointing on stone work of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including racking, cleaning and washing out joints etc complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m etc complete.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m-All kind of soil.

Provision for making shed with 80mm dia G.I. pipe B class fixed with P.C.C of ratio 1:2:4 cement, c.sand and stone gritt 20 mm nominal gauge, making truss over G.I. pillar with fixing of 5 mm thick bearing plate of size 15x15cm. Size of truss should be made with 25mm G.I. pipe as per designed and laying of 0.80 mm thick G.I. painted sheet over truss. Including all the labour supply of material and T&P Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for in environment devplopment as grassing of ground with doob grass and show plants by leveling and ramming of ground with mixing of compost with soil. Including all the labour, material and T&P Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for fixing of Culture Notice Bord with sand stone tablet and base pillar of appropriate size as per designed by the department by engraving of letters in bilingual of suitable size. Including all supply material, finishing, engraving and fixing etc. Including all the labour, material and T&P. required proper completion of work at the site.
