Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of Pressed tiles and weathering course etc., complete

Roofing with best Mangalore tiles over Ceiling tiles (using 40% new tiles and 60 % tiles) including cost of Mangalore tiles and Ceiling tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for flooring including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - Rate for 10 m3

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. Rate for 10 m2

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Distembering two coats using best approved quality and colour Distember in all the floors including cost of Distember, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental (Old Surface)

Colour washing (Painting) two coats using best approved best quality of Emulsion Paint including cost of Cement Paint, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats over New iron work approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Painting two coats over Old wood work approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Block board painting two coats over cement plastered surface with best approved best quality of ready mixed paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113mm TW switch box and 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Open PVC Plug Point SD.36

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC Ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") (SD.106)

Roofing with best Mangalore tiles over Ceiling tiles (using 40% new tiles and 60 % tiles) including cost of Mangalore tiles and Ceiling tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3
