Construction of Settling Pond and De-silting of existing Pond, Garland drain, Check dam at Kodingamali Bauxite Mines in the district of Koraput

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Excavation, loading & carriage by mechanical means in medium hard rock (can not be scapped or peeled with knife, hanheld specimen can be broken with single moderate blow with pick, crushing strength between 100 to 250 kg/sqcm) in canal, foundation & cut-off trenches of earth dam & other deep cutting by means of Rock Breaker with all lifts, delifts including trimming the bed & slopes to designed finished section, loading into & transportation by taransport vehicle within 1 KM lead & depositing the excaveted materials neatly in specific dump yard as directed by the Enginerer-in charge etc complete.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

P.C.C .of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

C.C. of prop. (1:2:4) in all floors using 12mm (1/2”) size hard crusher broken granite chips of appd. Quality from appd. quarry including centering, shuttering to wall side & lowering, laying, concrete, watering and curing etc. comp. to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Supplying HYSD bars of appd. Quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work including cost,head load, conveyance of HYSD bars (Fe500) and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour, T&P required to comp. in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering at all heights of trough of aqueduct bridges, deck slab and soffit slabs using required nos of pylons for vertical supports of scaffolding centering and shuttering with joists, N.G. rails and channels and shutering plates including welding, bolting,cost, conveyance , royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and disposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in- Charge - in foundation and footing.
