M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces exc 0.08sqm and n exc 0.16sqm, 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto as per item No 19.00 above but in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed & polished) in one piece as in steps,jambs,pillars,windows cills,cooking platform and similar work bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including making hole in platform and screed bed for bedding 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified.

M &L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone machine cut as in skirting / Dado/riser laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, including making hole by drilling for gas pipe and other similar situations all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel cupboard shutter with frame Godrej pattern, made out of 22 gauge mild steel sheet including chromium plated MS handle with proper locking arrangement (brass mortice lock vertical type, size 65mm, 4 levers with escutcheon pushes and two keys) with & including two coats of spray painting with sysnthetic enamel paint with approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer including fixing with 6 Nos 12mm dia bolt 150mm long grouted in brick wall/concrete including making good the disturbed surface as soriginal complete all as specified and as directed.

(2) Old U/s geyser /water heater will deposit in MES yard complete all as speicifed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for taking out old unserviceable with supply , laying , fixing double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia confirming to IS -14930 ( Part II) of approved colour with fitting for cable protection complete all as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC casing caping required size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces etc after incl down unsv if reqd all as specified and directed. Note : Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of casing capping / conduit will be measured as one length.

Supply and laying of LT cable 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE insulated sheathed armoured 1100 volts grade laid in trenches incl. out door joint with properly with clamping and hume pipe etc . Complete all as specified.

S&F for 20 MM dia CPVC Brass tee to CPVC/ GI Pipe all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 25mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 25mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 25mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Amount of credit of Rs. 71069.65 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
