Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street lights/Security lights/Flood lights fittings of any type and capacity from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units,and carried out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Post Top Lantern LED type of 30 watt for 360 degree indirect light IP 66 protection with low glare optical design and acrylic diffuser complete fixing on existing post top such as gate pillar in existing pipe by means of suitable nuts and connecting with three core pvc copper wire 1.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable post top latern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Post Top Lantern LED type of 40 watt p for 360 degree indirect light IP 66 protection with low glare optical design and acrylic diffuser complete fixing on existing post top such as gate pillar in existing pipe by means of suitable nuts and connecting with three core pvc copper wire 1.5 sqmm including taking down oldunserviceable post top latern complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement of Cable gland synthetic short entry thread metric (with one piece sealing ring) with locknuts IP rated , sealing rang 10 to 17 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement of Cable gland synthetic short entry thread metric (with one piece sealing ring) with locknuts IP rated , sealing rang 17 to 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heat shrikable type LT Jointing kit for 1.1 KV XLPE cables of size 6-16 sqmm 4 core straight through joint complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Non-integral light fittings from 13.5 mtr High Mast Tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts, such as Drivers, LED lamps, LED fittings etc., and replace the same and refitting in its position including all parts and equipment of existing High Mast Tower, fitting, alignment up to length, testing complete in all respect after the High Mast Tower is mounted complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Ethylene Propelene, Rubber (EPR) insulated & Polychloroprene (PCP) rubber sheathed rubber high mast elecric power cables 1100 volts grade as per relevant IS standard of size 2.5 sqmm 5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for overhauling of winch assembly of high mast, including dismantling, repair or replacement of damaged parts like gears and pulleys, lubrication, reassembly, and testing for proper operation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel wire rope 6 sqmm for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts andequipments, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Fixing of peripheral hardwire accessories for 13.5 meter high mast, including nuts, fasteners, cable lugs, terminals to ensure proper connection and smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out from site of unserviceable LT cable XLPE, aluminium armoured type 6 to 25 Sqmm 2/4 core from existing cable on/in surfaces,trenches or walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wir armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

All as per SI Item No 20 above but for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per SI Item No 20 above but for cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed

Returning & fillinmg including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B" bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed

M&L for sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable, 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station buildinq complete all as directed

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying /pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade 40 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole for protection of cable including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement PVC Copper Cable three core of size 1.5sqmm for junction top street light fitting connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing, in replacement PVC Conduit pipe of size 20mm for protection of Copper wire to be fixed on electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement flexible hose pipe of size 20mm protection of copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning,scrubing and preparation of surfaces of surrounding PCC pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed: (a) Cement Based paint on all the sides of PCC pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified. (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out from surrounding of pole upto 2 Mtr including removing vegetation any type complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cm x 6.0 mm thick electrode as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1.3.6) type Cl cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1 :1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete including taking out old us earthing material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe dia 80 mm & inner pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti-corrosive compound of required quantity buried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non-soluble in water including connection with connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm complete. (Note - GI strip size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 m included in the item).

M&L for Painting of existing street light swaged poles 9 m long of any type externally above coping including street light brackets / clamps etc with One coat of best quality aluminium paint & making alternate black & white colour bands of 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
