Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications MORT&H Specification 1300 & 2200 Sr No 13.02 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications MORT&H Specification 1300 & 2200 Sr No 13.03 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Road Delinator Delineator Supply & fixing of M.S Delineator made of Mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder of not less than 40 micron for protection against correction. The surface should be concealed so that there should not be any exposed without powder coating, Alternatively, these metal guide poles can be concealed with thermoplastic body. The posis shall have lan ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored. Mild steel Guide poles shall conform to type XI sheeting specification as per IRC:67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtain clear visibility of the road alignment during right time. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for A certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficent of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, Impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International / Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufactorer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from internnational, if should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D4956-09) on artifical accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in Indian can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC:67/2012 & Proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tende. The rate shall including all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, Installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Enginee-in-charge.

Retro-reflectorisedc Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67-2012 made of high intensity sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle Iron post 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Legends, Letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7.
