Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings, n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MD land incl formation of ground by surface dressing in soft/loose soil incl site clearence complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for hardstanding, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish including taking down existing paver tiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / paving, 150mm thick, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for factory made, Precast, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stone of size 300mm x 400 x 100mm in required shape finished smooth, set in cement mortar 1:4 including excavation earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed of mortar 15mm thick (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for two coats of indigo floor paint (Premium quality) glossy finish on Paver/Chequered tiles portion over a coat of self priming coat as per manufacture instruction incl preparation of surfaces with gently watering and cleaning with wire brushes to remove dust and fungus,algae and mosses etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Indigo floor paint or equivalent

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy)joints 50mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for marble tiles 20mm thick of approved size and shade in floor/skirting and dados,etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over & including cement plaster 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6,including even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete / brick masonry surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Super Snowcem/Duracem/Aquacem/Shalimar/Berger
