(Contractor shall provide 9 No G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, Disc Fitting, Nut - Bolts & all necessary Materials)

Erection of single stud pole support one PCC Pole 9.0 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection of Single Pole for 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr ST Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like 1 no Channel Cross Arm, its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 , plinthing 300 mm above ground level as per norms, Painting of pole with one coat of red oxide, two coats of enamel paint ISI mark. (Contractor shall provide 3 nos. 33 KV G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, F-brackets, Nut - Bolts, Washers & all necessary Materials)

(Contractor shall provide 3 No G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, 6 Nos Stay complete, Disc Fitting, Nut - Bolts & all Civil Materials)

Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection of Four pole for 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr ST Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like 4 Nos Top channel of 125x65 mm size, Fitting of Bracing angle. (Contractor shall provide 9 No G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, , Disc Fitting, Nut - Bolts & all necessary Materials)

Cradle Guarding of 33KV line at road crossing, 11KV line crossing, canal/telephone line crossing by fixing M.S Angle 65x65x6, 3500 mm at double pole and 2600mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire, tightining with mounting.(Contractor shall provide material Like eye hook,nut& bolt.)

Earthing of Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG Wire by providing and fixing of earthing rod as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material Like Earthing rod, nut bolt and clamps except 6swg wire)

Nozeling and grouting of stay at sectional pole and extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material and stay set will be arranged by the contractor)

Laying,Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. 3 Phase of 33KV Line including fixing,mounting of P.G.clamp suitable for Dog Conductor at sectional point. (Contractor shall provide necessary PG clamps etc)

Fabrication & Erection of Cross arm support size 65X65X1550 mm. with holding clamps. (Contractor shall provide all materials like 65X65X6 mm angle & holding clamps and nut bolt )

Removal/lopping and chopping of tree branches which are lying in route of 33 KV Overhead Line.

Jumpering by ACSR Dog Conductor at Sectional pole including providing PG Clamps and necessary clamps & Nut bolts.

Laying of single circuit In Normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, Ist class bricks,(All the material will be supplied by the contractor except 33KV XLPE cable)

Laying of single circuit Cable In trench with necessary clips.(33KV XLPE cable will be provided by department)

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping , providing long barral lugs 6 nos and P.G. Clamps & "Y" shape jumpering properly and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 3500 mm as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like MS Pipe , P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 3500 mm).

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits O/D end Termination suitable for 33 KV XLPE cable confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. ( Jointing Kit supplied by Dept.)

High Pressure testing to which 33 KV Line able to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Fabrication, Erection and grouting of cable joint/ route marker. ( Contractor shall provide all materials)

Painting of Structure Painting of 11 Mtr STP/ rail support structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of Alu.Paint of good quality including cost of material and T&P complete in all respect.

Grouting of 9 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP support structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brickballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Plinth for 33KV VCB Construction of plinth of size 2.0x1.5x0.9 (Mtr) suitable for erection of super structure for 33 KV VCB including grouting of Anchor bolts in proper allingment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 ( cement, fine sand and brick ballast) 1st class brick work in cement mortor of ratio 1:4 CC in Ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 ( Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) as per norms.

Installation of 33 KV VCB Installation of 33 KV 750 MVA 800 Amp VCB on 33 KV VCB structure complete in all respect including commissioning.

Shifting carefully and installation of Single/Double Transformer/FDR/ Control panel in control room and its proper connection.

Line Isolator Structure/ Bus Isolator Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5mtr in height as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 mtX 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper allingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the Isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges. (All material will be supplied by the contractor Except steel).

Installation of Line Isolators/ Bus Isolator Assembling and installation of line/Bus isolator on the Isolator structure , adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensured smooth operation of the same. In case of line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Lightening Arrestor Structure/ Post Insulator Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with Top frame above structure's in proper allingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc. (All material will be supplied by the contractor Except steel).

Installation of Post Insulator and Lightening Arrestors Assembling and installation/ mounting of three Nos.Lightening Arrestors on the L.A. structure and Post Insulator on Post Insulator Structure complete and making earth connection ( Separate ) and line connections for L.A. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Installation Of CT & Its Structure Fabrication of CT Structure as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with Top frame above structure's in proper allignment level and plumb. Plinths of all the structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc. Installation of 3 Nos CTs of ratio 400/200/1A on the CTs structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor except Steel Section and C.T.)

33KV Bay Bus Bar & Stringing. Stringing of 33KV Bay Bus Bar by using and laying of ACSR Dog Conductor including making Vertical/Horizontal (Y-shape) jumper connection through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments ( Bus isolator, P.I. , C.T. , VCB, L.A ) with each other through connecting clamps. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor Like Conector , PG Clamps.)

Supply & Laying of 4x2.5 sq.mm. Sq. control cable from 33 KV CT &VCB to control board in the ground as per RESPO Norm with proper connection VCB, CT & Control Pannel with battery and battrey charger, etc with including all the civil material. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor)

Supply & Laying of 2x2.5 sq.mm. Sq. control cable from 33 KV CT &VCB to control board in the ground as per RESPO Norm with proper connection VCB, CT & Control Pannel with battery and battrey charger, etc with including all the civil material. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor)

Construction of cable trench of 200 mm wide and 250 mm deep with MS strip at a distance of 1mtr. With brick work 1:4:8 in foundation 12 mm thick plaster of 1:4 cement coarse sand for finishing along with MS strip. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor)

Construction of trench cover of 600 mm long and 75 mm thick for cable trench Including cost of material, labour and T&P. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor)

Supply and Installation of 24 volt 150 AH Battery and BatteryCharger with cabinet including its Commissioning.

Fabrication & Erection of 33 KV Cable Stand with Two legs and Plinth and Foundation of Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x0.3 Mtr and grouting of two legs of structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 mtX 0.3 Mtr including supply charges of all materials,T&P complete in all respect except steel and post insulator.

Providing and laying of G.S. strip of size 50x6mm for connecting the earth mat with the 33KV VCB super structure, post insulator structure,Line isolator structure,Bus isolator Structure,33 KV Cable Stand Including digging of trench for locating earthmat by bending, cutting, straightening and welding of the earth strip with the earth mat and various steel structure using high quality Arc welding. The work include proper overlapping of the strip and Jointing By weldiing

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class G.I. pipe 50 mm Dia 20mtr long from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice.

Painting of Post Insulator and L.A. Structures with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of Alu.Paint of good quality including cost of material and T&P complete in all respect.

Painting of Line/Bus Isolator Structures with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of Alu.Paint of good quality including cost of material and T&P complete in all respect.

Painting of 33 KV Cable Stand with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of Alu.Paint of good quality including cost of material and T&P complete in all respect.
