Taking out and removing sludge water/waste materials/foreign materials from septic tank of any size and burying the entire sludge under ground in the pit of suitable size and covering the pit with earth or earth mixed rubbish and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m including all necessary earth work complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked water closet by flushing with water and cleaning of soil pipe upto first manhole, cleaning WC Pan/Floor trap/Nahani Trap of bathroom, kitchen/urinalss and flushing cistern with water complete all as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening existing concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 Screed bed or bedding layer for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) Laying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of RCC slab with the following courses of treatment/specification :- (i) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 Screed bed or bedding layer for laying as in sunken portion with mixing of WPC and surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (ii) Preparation of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii)Laying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm), applied by torch application over bituminous primer as specified. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. Note:-The work of sunken portion treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer. Contractor shall submit documentary evidence on support of applicator engaged.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width or girth, made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete including demolition of exisitng precast cement concrete block walling in any position and removal of debries out side MoD land all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaceand, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster in cement mortar, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in two layers, first 10 mm thick base layer & finishing 5 mm thick with approved water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
