Attending chockages complaints of external sewer lines including removal of chockages in rectangular inspection chambers and circular manhole chambers & external sewer lines and removing hard chockages through openings made on pipe lines, closing this openings after the work is completed including removing all settlements, silt, stones, other wastes thoroughly with flexible steel rods, MS rods, powdas, split bamboos, brushes and other cleaning attachments to facilitate smooth flow, closing of rat holes and other gaps around connections & other openings, lifting the rubbish & other waste materials, transporting and dumping the same at suitable locations within 500M. Lead levelling stacking etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note:- 1.Including applying pesticide for cockroaches’ etc,@0.5 ltr/chambers. 2. The quantity of P.C.C. will be measured and paid in respective item 3. The rubbish & other waste materials to be transported and deposited up to 500m lead and reinstated to original condition.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 40mm maximum size including consolidation, formwork, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed all as per specifications & as directed by EIC
Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding, demolishing existing brick work at all levels and disposal of debris out side of colony etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Water proof cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement for external wall surfaces of sewer line chambers including preparation of surface removing & disposal of damaged plaster curing including the cost of water proofing compound
1.0 Hiring charges for petrol/diesel operated dewatering/disludging pump upto 5 HP. for dewatering / disludging of manhole/chambers for removal of chockages etc. at Anushaktinagar and New Mandala Area. (The charges including fuel cost & operating cost )
Maintaining and Cleaning :-Grease trap chambers, which arrest oil and solid particles during flow, are collected in chambers,Arresting material in chamber creates severe unhygienic condition in the surrounding area and it should be clean, this item includes as follows 1 Cleaning the grease trap plastic container, 2 Cleaning of Brick Masonary chamber, 3 Applying Bleaching powder as directed by EIC. 4 Flushing whole system as directed by EIC. 5 Dispose waste material about 3 KM away from outside Anushaktinagar site.
Flushing of sewer line 160mm nom.dia.(OD) and having 500 Mtr. Length from sector market to Dilwara bldg.at Anushaktinagar. Above said work includes 1) Filling of Sintex tanks (5000 Ltrs.*2 Nos.) water supplied by department. 2) Operation of valves from Sintex tank for flushing inspection chamber, provided in existing system for flushing. 3) Removing of floating and settled materials, oil and grease, from surrounding which are produce during flushing. 4) In case of overflowing of chambers during flushing , contractor should doing necessary arrangements for smooth flow , and removing water comes during flushing on ground. 5) If the flushing is not doing as per requirements and as directed by EIC, item should not be paid and half item will not be considered in anyhow. The requirements as follows, Generates flow velocity of 0.422 m/s for average flow condition and 0.624 m/s for peak flow condition. Cleaning of manholes by Cleaning Machines:- Cleaning of functioning/non-functioning of sewers of any size and shape upto any depth by Compact Pipe Sewer line Cleaning Machines which shall be a combined version of suction and jetting systems with Filtration (for Jetting) Facility mounted on vehicular chassis. It shall be used to flush the sewer lines and de-silt the manholes/chambers on the sewer lines. The heavily silted sewer lines shall be cleaned with the help of high pressure water jets produced by the jetting system and the silt accumulated in the manholes including plastic bags, polythene bags, wood, stones, etc. up to 50mm size from a depth of 5 meters shall be sucked by the suction system. The machine as a whole shall be capable to suck the silt from manhole, utilize the liquid storm water sucked from the manholes for jetting purpose after proper filtration. The overall noise level shall not be more than 91 db (A) as per the Noise Standards notified in Environment (Protection) Rule 1986 as amended on 19thMay 1993. etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC
