Amount

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger make.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having voecontent less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Repairing of RCC fascia/ Chajja, beam, column and other RCC structures in the building. (i) Hacking out loose/ pourse concrete at least 150mm beyond the damaged area. (ii) cleaning of reinforcement and concrete with wire brush and wire jet. (iii) Fixing of MS weld mess (3''x3'' 10 gauge) on the affected area. Steel bars 8mm dia 6'' C/C both bays may also be placed if required as per site requirement and will be paid separately. (iv) Two coat of gunitting (1st coat 15 to 20mm thick and 2nd coat 10 to 15mm thick with cement course sand in proportion 1:3 and blended 6mm to 7mm dawn aggregate. the chemical on old surface and scaffolding if required will not be paid separately.
