Supply & Fixing of Carpet for Radio Room Providing and fixing of carpet flooring in the Radio Room, including supply of carpet of approved make and shade, surface preparation, adhesive pasting, proper laying, edge cutting, and secure fixing to ensure a neat finish. The work shall be completed as per room size, site requirements, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 2 Core 1.5 sq.mm Copper Audio Cable suitable for Public Address (PA) system and music broadcasting, capable of transmitting audio signals for distances up to 1500 meters or more without significant signal loss. The cable shall consist of minimum 20 strands in each core to ensure better conductivity, flexibility and durability. The cable shall be suitable for indoor PA speaker connectivity and long-distance audio signal transmission. The work shall include supply, laying, dressing and termination of the cable, along with all necessary connectors, lugs, clamps, saddles, insulation tape and fixing accessories required for proper installation and operation. The cable shall be properly routed and secured along walls or ceilings as per site conditions to ensure safe and reliable operation of the PA system. Note: Cost of wall casing / conduit / casing-capping (if required) shall be paid separately and is not included in this item. The item shall be complete in all respects including labour, materials and accessories required for installation and commissioning.

Supply, Acoustic Designing & Soundproofing Work for Radio Room Providing complete acoustic design, supply, and execution of soundproofing treatment for the Radio Room, including all required materials and workmanship. The scope of work shall include acoustic wall panels, sound diffusers, and acoustic ceiling panels for effective sound absorption and echo control, ensuring optimal audio quality suitable for radio broadcasting. The work shall also include Jail logo vinyl printing and installation, to be executed strictly under Jail authority supervision. Additionally, decorative lighting works shall be provided, including focus lights for room highlighting and profile lights to create a professional Radio Jockey–style studio ambience. All materials shall be of approved quality, and the complete work shall be carried out as per approved design, site conditions, safety norms, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge / Jail authorities.
