M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 07 Nos Air Conditioning Plants having 02x50 TR Air cooled chiller (01 Working and 01 stand by) installed at Kanasar Mil Stn, by OEM service professional and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system including all minor spare parts up to Rs. 1000/- per AC plant, for smooth and efficient functioning of AC Plants complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 04 Nos Air conditioning plants having 03x80 TR Air cooled chiller (02 Working and 01 stand by) installed at Kanasar Mil Stn, by OEM service professional and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system including all minor spare parts up to Rs. 1000 per AC plant, for smooth and efficient functioning, and one coat painting all items such as chiller, oil container, motor and pumps, pipes with synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / repairs of AHU of capacity 50 TR, 10000 CFM including replacement of all fresh air filters as per installed on site, lathe / filling work for proper alignment of pulley / shaft, greasing to all moving parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / repairs of AHU of capacity 80 TR, 36000 CFM including replacement of all fresh air filters as per installed on site, lathe / filling work for proper alignment of pulley / shaft, greasing to all moving parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for identification of leakage location of refrigerant gas, repairing the copper tube / condenser, valves by brazing, doing vaccum and pressure testing by nitrogen gas and Supply and charging of refrigerant R407C including transportation of accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for identification of leakage location of refrigerant gas, repairing the copper tube / condenser valves by brazing, doing vaccum and pressure testing by nitrogen gas and Supply and charging of refrigerant R134a including transportation of accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card (control system with mother board) including display with suitable cord installed in 80 TR chiller unit for controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card (control system with mother board) including display with suitable cord installed in 55 TR chiller unit for controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Expansion valve card (EXV) installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Expansion valve electronic type installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Expansion valve with capillary tube of capacity 30 TR, 104 KW for R407 refrigerant gas installed in 50 TR chiller unit as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Expansion valve with capillary tube of capacity 18 TR, 63 KW for R407 refrigerant gas installed in 50 TR chiller unit as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement three way solenoid valve along with operating coil as per installed in 50TR-80TR chiller unit all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement two way solenoid valve along with operating coil as per installed in 50TR-80TR chiller unit all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement oil level switch & valve including electronic type oil flow sensor as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement water temperature sensor thermoelectric type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement TQ valve / motor winding temperature control valve installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per installed on site and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement High Pressure and Low Pressure transducer with thermoelectric sensor and operating switch as per installed in 80TR chiller unit all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Differential Pressure Switch (water/ liquid flow switch) for filter complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Differential Pressure Switch for fan complete all as directed.

Supply and filling of screw type compressor oil including transportation all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement CT card along with CTs set of three of 250 / 5A type BPL as per installed in 80 TR control panel all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement liquid line filter and core drier filter as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per installed and as directed.

M&L for De-scaling condenser (Heat exchanger) of capacity 80 TR installed in central AC plant by cleaning choked pipe, water circulating lines including service valves, condenser (heat exchanger to cooling tower) circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid or any other suitable descaling chemical) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposited scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valve, cooling tower, water spray assembly, cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connection all dismantled components in proper position after servicing / overhauling etc. replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts, with washers, testing of water lines for leakage. The condenser unit including civil work in both side of AC plant room wall and cutting of water pipe line and fixing valve / flange with dummy plate, cleaning of condenser pipe line for smooth functioning of other two unit all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling and rewinding of 80 TR screw compressor from authorised service station including the following works :- (a) Disconnection of defective compressor from base including removing the suction valve, discharge valve / liquid injection line, oil valve, refrigerant piping. (b) Defective compressor - loading / unloading from base to ground and lifting/ shifting/ loading of compressor in vehicle and transportation from site to authorised workshop for repair. (c) The repair includes the rewinding of compressor motor with super quality copper conductor of suitable size, replacing all type of bearings, seals, bushes shafts. (d) After repairing of compressor - collection of compressor, transport to original installed on site. (e) Fixing of compressor on base, fixing of suction valve, discharge valve, NRV, liquid line injection valve, vapor injection valve oil & refrigerant piping connection installation & testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for following works :- (a) Pressure testing, leakage testing in all system and rectification of leakage, if any. (b) Dismantling and removing of chiller, both side end, and MS pipe line and again taking the leak test of the chillers tubes after fixing the cork and repairing of leak tube through dead plug. (c) Taking the hydraulic test of the chiller and taking the leak test of the tube after fixing the blanks in the chiller. (d) Cleaning / flushing the chillers shell with CTC chemical, cleaning/flushing the condenser shell with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line, oil separator tank, NRV by using nitrogen and CTC chemical. (e) Vaccumising / dehydration of the system upto 10 days with cold trap/ice/salt complete. (f) Pressure testing in the system, taking/ rectifying the leaks and holding the pressure including of nitrogen gas cylinder, vaccumising the system and holding of 24 Hrs, break the vaccum with R-134 and revaccum the system. (g) Servicing of electrical panel, compressor, contactor, checked and set right, control wiring/inter locking, safety controls complete. (h) Filling the refrigerant gas with R134a upto suitable pressure and testing the chiller to the entire satisfaction of GE. Note :- Refrigerant gas R134a shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement Sentron super switch / switch disconnector (breaker) fuse type of capacity 200 Amps 4 pole having front mounted rotating handle for ON/OFF operation complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power contactor 4 Pole MCX-33 of 200 Amps capacity having operating coil of 415 Volts as per existing specification (Make L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Power contactor 3 Pole A110-30 of 110 Amps as per existing specification (Make ABB or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Power contactor 3 Pole KMIA of 63 Amps as per existing specification (Make ABB or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Power contactor 3 Pole MNX-18 as per existing specification (Make L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Power Contactor 3 Pole MNX-25 as per existing specification (Make L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Power Contactor 3 Pole MNX-32 as per existing specification (Make L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after) complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement DOL starter 7.5/10 HP adjustable, 415V, 50HZ, 3 Phase alongwith single phase preventer and thermal overload relay all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement semi automatic Star Delta starter upto 20 HP adjustable type, 415V, 50HZ, 3 Phase alongwith single phase preventer and thermal overload relay all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 Pole, 200 Amps, 36 KA, 415 V, with adjustable Thermal - Magnetic release, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 Pole, 100 Amps, 16 KA, 415 V, Magnetic fixed type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 Pole, 63 Amps, 16 KA, 415 V, Magnetic fixed type, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 7 HP to 10 HP by removing all electrical connection from panel / starter/ foundation and coupling, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and strip opening of unserviceable monoblock pump set of capacity 10 HP/ 7.5 HP, segregating of serviceable/ unserviceable parts, cleaning of serviceable parts, assembling of pump carefully including replacement of worn-out parts grinding and polishing of shaft for fixing of bushes necking bushes nut and bolts etc. Making proper size of keys for fixing of impeller etc, getting coupled to the pump with motor, testing for rated discharge of water including transportation to the site for installing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) The rate quoted shall include the minor extras. In case of any dispute between contractor & GE regarding this aspect, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Spare parts for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for spare parts catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only following spare parts for monoblock pump set 10 HP/7.5 HP required to be replaced under item No 40.00 here-in-before :-

Ball bearing. Make : SKF/NBC

Gun metal bush.

Neck ring for impeller.

Gun metal impeller with key.

Pump motor rubber coupling tyre with nuts and bolts.

Supply and fixing insulation to AC GI sheet duct with the help of insulating foam of thickness 15mm thick and fixing expended metal of suitable size, cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia over insulation foam and rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on wire mesh finished even & smooth without using extra cement and painting to match the similar location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipe of 150mm bore heavy grade (ISI marked) with all fittings and welding works laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC fills of suitable sizes for cooling towers of capacity 100 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting old unserviceable compressor including electric wire connection, suction and delivery line from installed location, supply, fixing, testing & commissioning new scroll compressor of 18.5 TR capacity Model No. SY300A4PBE in air cooler chiller unit AC plant including testing after all required connection etc all as originally fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rubber bellow of size 80mm - 100mm dia pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement heating element of 6000 W, 3 Phase, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install and testing in replacement of ON/OFF type motorized actuator alongwith coil and valve suitable for size 80 mm-100 dia pipe motorized actuator in AHU chilled water allied in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down monoblock pump set of capacity 10 HP by disconnecting all nuts, bolt & electric connection. Dismantling the existing rusted MS chassis from PCC bed / grouted nut & bolts. Supply and fixing the new MS chassis of same size as per existing including all PCC (1:2:4 type B1) work, grouting new bolts in PCC bed, nut, bolts, and refixing the monoblock pump set on new chassis, complete all as specified and as directed.
