Providing and applying high abrasive resistant, UVresistant ,impermeable, selfcuring, high strength, non shrink, PolyIronite Ceramic Cementatious(PICC) repair mortar for rwater proofing on concrete surface with thickness upto 5mm,, apply bond coat KeloxWater Misible epoxy before PICC application (using manual/ mechanical means) and Providing and Applying PCC upto 50mm thickness for desireslopetodrainthe water and kept ponded for continuous period of 3days to detectany seepae/leakage/dampnessifany the surface then shall be cleared, complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, insurance charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing of 12mm nozzle in the crack portion @500c/c including material,labour complete in all respect.

Providing and injecting epoxy grout including structuring of crack in the body of slab girder by sand blasting, fixing inlet tube arrangement including cost of materials, machinery required for the work and labour charges etc. complete.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase.

Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of High Albedo paint having minimum Solar Reflective Index (SRI) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTM) C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respectively), VOC less than 10 cc/gm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strctly as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water all complete. The contractorshall give guarantee for the perfomance of SRI and also the durabitity of coating, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer: G.I. pipes

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Underwater Crack Sealing/ Filling using under water Epoxy mortar: Underwater Epoxy putty shall be mixe dusing the slow speed heavy duty mixing machine to obtain a uniform mix. The mixed materials shallbe placed all along the prepared "V" groove and finished smoothly using the putty blade/ trowel within 30minutes by using the divers. The finished surface shall be allowed for curing minimum of 24hour to attain the strength. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm).

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge: 100 mm nominal dia Pipes

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete: On concrete work
