Taking down steel window / ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners including making arrangement to fix guard bars and PVC sleeves for guard bars. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut single piece Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Roof treatment in as specified below and as directed (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete. (b) Applying one coat of elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 50 sqm Geotextile mesh, upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying two coats of undilited PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, Tensile strength more than 2N/mm2 and alkali & antifungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/ roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade and colour as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

S&F 0.56mm Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10-12mm thick Heavy duty (vitrified) tiles of size 400mm x 400mm as in floors etc , set and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade od slab including rubbing and polishing including 15mm thick screeding in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No. 127 above, but wiring with cable of cross sectional area 4 Sqmm (nominal area) multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC sheathed cable 1100 Volts shade for one switch socket combination 6 pin, 5/15 Amps on independent board including 4 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth dolly.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement finished as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be included in this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
