Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of stays & Poles, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm using excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading, levelling, punning for laying /cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for removing old bricks from trenches and supply, lay in trenches burnt Bricks, old size, Sub class "B" for cable protection all as specified and directed. Note: Broken bricks shall be taken as credit.

Relaying the serviceable old bricks in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable Old Bricks obtained from Item No.5 above shall be reused.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including form work.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) for coping to the poles with finishes with out using extra cement.

Disconnecting and taking out the old unserviceable LT UG cable in trenches, wall & poles and taken as credit including supply and Laying in trenches / poles / wall etc LT UG Cable XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS specifications and of the following sizes:- Note: Lugs and glands are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for laying of cable and to be used wherever required while connecting cables to the panel board. Dismantling U/S PCC/RCC Poles / struts, any size including old u/s light fitting any type/cap /make /service cable / junction box complete and breaking of existing foundation /pcc coping ,transporting or removing away the broken pole structure complete and making good the disturbed surface of existing location all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 31 (9.00 metres long) conforming to IS-2713 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over the exposed surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over the embedded portion of pole, erecting in truly vertical position including excavation in any strata and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Complete servicing, overhauling, repairing, cleaning, oiling with setting of tripping mechanism of Air Circuit Breaker(ACB) 415 volts of capacity 630 amps to 1000 Amps 50Hz any type / any make or all as per existing available at site inluding submission of service & test reports. The servicing to be done by authorised service provider of manufacturer. The details are placed at "Scope of work" as given under. Note :Minimum spares/lubricants and tools required for the job should be included in the coated rates .

SCOPE OF WORK: i) Moving arcing contacts shall be checked. Cleaning of breaker with CRC-226 ii) Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. iii) Check condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and iv) Checking the reset mechanism, tripping of breaker through push button v) Checking tripping of ACB through protection release vi) Tripping of ACB manually through volt metric release. vii) Checking and adjust freeness of DN and volt metric release trip rod viii) Checking presence and proper tightening of hardware. ix) Checking presence of all circlips x) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals xi) Checking condition of ACB wiring and replace if required xii) Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate xiii) Checking proper closing of all poles together xiv) Checking working of anti pumping device. xv) Checking alignment of SIC and it’s operation xvi) Checking scrapping earth alignment xvii) Checking condition of arc chutes xviii) Checking U/V release pick up and drop off xix) Checking ACB tripping through shunt release xx) Checking continuity and proper changeover of aux contact block xxi) Checking of release by secondary injection for O/L, S/C, E/F xxii) Setting of release as per the load xxiii) Checking the healthiness of CTs

Finding and rectification of electrical fault by Checking of external/internal(LT) elect supply feeder, street light feeder,OH conductors /under ground cables using elect tools, equipment and safety devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightening of loose connection, removing of any electric short,meggring of cable, excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightening of cable lugs etc all as required at site and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and safety devices. (ii) Any major materials used for rectification of faults like Cables,MCB/MCCB/cable jointing kits/cables of any type etc will be measured and paid separately (iii) Rate including hire of HT fault Locater and other tools/equipment incl Earth Work. works should be completed with in 12 hrs.

Material and labour for servicing DG Set Engine complete oil servicing, necessary checking of complete cable harness and replacement if required including replacement of below mentioned spares and servicing work for 66KW/82.50 KVA DG Set incl 6 months warrantee for servicing .(a) Diesel Filter (Pre+micro) - 2Nos, (b) Engine Oil filter (Spain-on type) - 2 Nos, (c) Engine Oil as required, (d) Radiator Coolant as required.

Material & Labour for Cutting and cleaning the tree branches around the street light poles/ /sub stn/ LT OH line conductors and maintain 2 mtr gap all around free from branches of tree and clear the site and throw away cut branches etc, to a distance exceeding 50m all as directed. Repair/rewinding of existing unserviceable burnt alternator of capacity 12.5 KVA after necessary disconnecting all cable connections of incoming/outgoing and dismantling from engine side transporting to local authorised workshop including cutting removing burnt winding from stator assy ,cleaning stator slots, inserting insulation sheets, rewinding with original gauge of winding wire ,varnishing, baking complete reassembling alternator assy with engine at site ,reconnecting all incoming/outgoing cables ,checking of serviceability of AVR ,Replacement of complete wiring/horness of alternator testing of DG on full load all as directed by Engineer in charge
