Note:- Steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded mesh is to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with 8 years performance warranty from manufacturer and at working height up to 15m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornice etc by washing rubbing down and stopping holes, and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer of approved shade at working height up to 15m complete all as specified and directed.
