2.5cm thick D.P.C. with CC (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hg chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials, watering & curing for 28 days & cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting & laying watering and curing including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in F&F using 12mm size cb/hb chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S. Gate, steel window and door, M.S. Window grills to openings and collapsible gate of approved specification and approval quality with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with any approved paint to new/old iron or wood work including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade & approved make to give an even shade etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of engineer-in-charge
