Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old defective chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sq.m each and removing away from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc.including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish material away from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.
