AIR HANDLING UNITS

Supply, Delivery, Installation, testing & commissioning of Floor mounted Air handling units in Re-circulatory configuration with 24G (0.64mm) pre-plasticised G.I. outer skin and 22G (0.8mm) plain G.I. inner skin with 40kg/m3 density Polyurethen Foam/PIR insulation having thickness 43±2mm in double skin construction as per air flow diagrams & specifications with following accessories. AHU cost will be inclusive of lifting & putting inplace.

Thermal break profile at corners and at joints for double skin air handling units along with internal covings.

AHU frame shall be made of non corrosive extruded aluminum profile fitted together with polyamide corner pieces.

Flange type filters with extruded aluminum flanges along with quick filter fixing arrangement with SS 304 wing nuts.

Chilled water cooling coil shall be of copper tubes with aluminum fins and 6 rows deep suitable for chilled water operation.

Drain pan in 16G SS 304 construction along with 25mm nitrile rubber insulation with smooth finish and slope should be provided to have zero retention of water in drain pan. The insulation shall be sandwiched between to sheets of SS 304.

Inlet and outlet connection of chilled water shall be on same side.

AHU shall be with blower shall be DIDW Centrifugal fans low aerodynamic losses, silent operation & high efficiency with class IE3 suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5% AC supply,

AHU shall be along with VFD & Electrical cable connection from panel consisting with stand alone controller to AHU shall be done by HVAC contractor.

All AHU's will be supplied with two sets of filters. One set will be for Pre commissioning & one original set of post commissioning Filters shall be EU-4

Fire retardant flexible canvas connection and cushy foot mounting for fan

AHU will be mounting on 25 mm neoprene rubber for anti vibration

Unit shall be provided with flanges and low leakage extruded motorised aluminum volume control dampers with positive locking arrangement and percent opening gradations on supply side, return side, fresh air side and purge side in loose condition.

AHU shall be with Wall mounted type VFD Starter Panels located in respective AHU Rooms. The panel enclosure shall be same as for MCCs. (The VFD Starter Panel shall consist of MCCB Auto Manual Switch, Luminous ON/OFF Push Buttons, Internal Wiring, Connectors for power & Control cables & Other panel accessories to make the panel complete.) Panel Should be compatible with BMS System. All internal wiring in the AHU should be as per Firenorms

AHU shall be supplied with Stand-alone operation controller with built in applications inclusive of sensors, sensor cables & DP transmitter complete with DDC controller, It Should be compatible with BMS System as per technical specification

Capacity: 22.0 TR, Dehumidified Air: 8850 CFM, AHU with 65mm Static Pressure (Valve Sizes 50 MM)

PIPES AND VALVES

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of chilled water circulation pipes. Pipes will be of Mild Steel - Class C and insulation material shall be PUF. The insulation material shall be covered with 24G Aluminium cladding for outdoor application

Supply and erection of the following UPVC pipe with all joints, reducer, necessary elbows and tees, supporting arrangements, etc. Rate shall be inclusive of 19mm thick FM approved closed cell nitrile rubber insulation covering with fire resistant fibre cloth fabric as a resistant to Scratch & Mechanical Impact.

40mm Dia

Supply and erection of Butterfly valves(PN 16) as per specification complete with end flanges / matching flanges, additional supports, fixing accessories, thermal insulation, etc. The valve shall be gear operated for 200NB and above.

Supply and erection of ‘Y’ type strainer with removable stainless steel screen with 3mm perforation and permanent magnet, drain piping. Rate shall inclusive of matching flanges, additional supports, fixing accessories, thermal insulation, etc.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Flow Control Valve - Pressure independent type with Dynamic Balancing Cum 2 Way modulating valves (PN-20) for AHUs with actuator in a single Unit of Valve provided with spring return function. The valve shall be suitable for standalone operation. Valve shall be of PN16 Rating. The BMS compatible actuator shall be supplied by the valve manufacturer and capable of accepting 2-10VDC / 4- 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output signal to control system. The minimum close off Pressure of actuator must be 1.5 times shut off head of pump as per specifications. Rate shall be inclusive of stepdown transformer, digital thermostat (modulation type) suitable for the given actuator, required length of 2Cx1.5Sqmm shielded communication cable, end flanges/matching flanges, additional supports, fixing accessories, dismantling the existing valves, thermal insulation, etc

COOLING THERMOSTAT :

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of COOLING THERMOSTAT with Power / Control Cabling for various air handling units and fan coil units as described in specifications. The thermostat shall be proportionately type for modulating control valve with digital temperature indicator. Receiving at site the imported equipment, unloading, storing, handling hoisting, installing in position, effecting connections, anchoring, grouting testing and commissioning the equipment including supplying & installing all necessary indigenous accessories as required to complete the installation.

Supply and erection of SS Glycerine filled Pressure gauges complete with ball valve, mounting well, fittings and copper tubing extension where required

AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Note: The colour shade for the air distribution equipments like ducts, diffusers, grilles, etc shall be approved by the Client / Architects before procurement and execution. The powder coating shall be 50 to 40 microns

The air distribution system comprises with all supports like anchor fasteners and tie-rods, cradles, angle iron supports, bolts and nuts, 4mm thick self-adhesive neoprene rubber gasket, stiffeners, zinc chromate painted angle iron flanges, chipping and plastering of openings made for duct supports etc., filling the gap with fibre glass wool and with fire sealant complete as per specification. The rates quoted shall include turning vanes, straightening vanes, splitters, inspection doors probe, provisions for BAS sensors, inlets with test openings enclosures complete with locking caps, chain, gaskets, insulating plugs, and extension for insulated ductwork etc.

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of Air Distribution System consists of factory fabricated Rectangular duct Galvanized Iron sheet metal ducting (Zinc coating 120GSM) with TDF/TDC flanges

Supply and fixing of Acoustic lining of wall and ceiling of AHU rooms with 50mm thick density 32Kg/Cu.m resin bonded glass fibber insulation friction fixed in 610mm X 610mm frame work made of 25X50mm made out of 0.6mm thick G.I Sheet U shaped channel and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue and finished with .80mm perforated aluminium sheet etc. Complete as per Specifications.

Supply and fixing of Acoustic insulation - Material shall be FM approved, open cell Nitrile Rubber foam. The density of the same shall be within 140-180 Kg/m3. The maximum surface temperature the material should withstand is 105º C and minimum temperature should be -20ºC. The material should conform to Class 1 rating for surface spread of Flame as per BS 476 Part 7. The Thickness of the insulation material shall be as follows

Supply and installing of Thermal insulation, Material shall be processed FM approved Crosslinked polyolefin foam with factory applied reinforced aluminium foil. The material should be fibre free. The Thickness of the material shall be as follows.

SUPPLY AIR GRILLES :

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of powder coated Extruded Aluminium supply air Grilles/diffusers with volume control dampers in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications. Collar are to be fixed properly to the Grilles without any gap for leakages with adjustable double louvers powder coated extruded aluminium.

Return Air Grilles

Supply and installation of Powder coated extruded aluminium continuous linear grilles/diffusers without volume control damper for exhaust /Return air Grille.

VOLUME CONTROL DAMPER :

Supplying & fixing of opposed blade volume control dampers in supply air duct collars as per approved drawings and specifications. Damper shall be with 18G GSS body and blades shall be with aluminium airfoil construction.

LOUVERS :

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of weather proof louvers with bird screen for fresh air / exhaust air as per specifications and approved drawings.

Powder coated/Anodized extruded aluminium construction.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorized Fire damper in supply air/return air/exhaust air streams. The damper shall be made out of 16G thick galvanized sheet steel frame and blades of 16G galvanized steel with air tight arrangement. The damper shall be provided with control panel, BMS compatible actuator of the motorized Damper shall have required torque to ON / OFF the actuator with 220 V / 24 V transformer duly encased and wired, combined smoke and heat sensor and transmitters, control / communication cables, etc. The control panel shall be suitable for receive/send signal from the Fire Alarm System and status shall be monitored thru BMS.

HVAC - ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply and laying of following size XLPE / PVC (FRLS) insulated armoured cables with aluminium / copper conductors partly laid in existing cable tray and partly laid in wall/ ceiling with suitbale clamps for working voltages up to and including 1100V conforming to IS 1554 part I 1988 for PVC and IS 7098 Part I for XLPE. Rate shall inclusive of single compression / double compression (weather proof glands-Only for outdoor termination) with suitable size PVC boot and suitable crimping socket, gland earthing by using copper flexible and all other necessary accessories. (copper sockets for copper cables and aluminium sockets for aluminium cables)
