Supply and install 1.5 TR/4500 Kcal/hr hi wall mounted split units indoor and outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating as per BEE- 2018/SEER 4.5, ecofriendly non CFC refrigerent including mounting arrangement for out door unit complet all as specified and directed. Note : Cost and provision of making holes for necessary connections through the existing walls, PVC pipe 15 mm bore dia for draining out condensated water, copper tube 10 mm dia with insulated material for complete Job and factory made MS bracket shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

Supply and installation of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approximate storage capacity 80 ltrs per hour and nominal cooling capacity 40 ltrs per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), suitable to working on AC 220 volts (+/-) 12%, 50Hz, CFC free refrigerant gas, double door type 5 star rated of capacity 360 ltrs with auto defrost system complet all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 4.0 KVA wall/floor mounted type Electronic Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air colled indoor type & designed for input variation between 120 V to 280V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +_ 2.5% complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Necessary PCC in filling and foundation and plastering work shall be measured and paid separately under respctive item of BoQ.

Supply and fixing DOL starter single phase 230/240 Volts with relay range 10.5 to 17.5 Amps of capacity 2HP (1.5KW) suitable for centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and tesing of electricallly operated reverse osmosis based water purifier (RO +UV+TDS) suitable for wall mounted operation of capacity 25 Ltr/Hr with thin film composite membrane, pre filter vessels, micron filter, membrane housing and auto cut system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (B2) with 40mm grade stone aggregate for foundation filling mass concrete for foundation/basement of pump set complet all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 for fair faces of concrete surfaces (pump set basement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel engine driven Generating set of capacity 102 BHP, 82.5 KVA/66 KW, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 pf (lag) with suitable Diesel Engine and alternator all mounted in accoustic enclosure confirming to the detailed specifications as appended below :- A. Diesel Engine : The diesel engine of capacity suitable for 82.5 KVA/66KW alternator, 1500 RPM, four stroke, multi-cylinder, radiator cooled, continous duty with 10% overload capacity for one hour in 12 hours running confirming to IS: 10001/10002 and consisting of followin requirements :- a) Radiator cooled (b) Electrical Starter Motor 12 V, DC (c) Maintenance free fully charged 12 V battery of suitable AH rating (d) Battery Charging Alternator (e) Fuel System with electronic class A1 governer (f) Spin-on lube oil filter (g) Spin-on duel fuel filter with water seperator (h) Turbocharged (j) Residential type silencer (k) Dry type air cleaner (l) Shut-off coil with safety for LLOP/HWT/Safety tripping (m) Fly wheel and fly wheel housing n) First fill of lube oil & Coolant B. Alternator : The Alternator shall be of capacity 82.5 KVA/ 66KW, 415 Volts, 0.8 pf (lag), 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, suitable for operation at 1500 RPM,114.8 rated amps confirming to IS: 13364. The alternator shall be brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR, copper wound, having ±1.0% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions, continous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours of operation. . C. Mounting Arrangement: Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on a common MS powder coated fabricated base frame with Anti Vibration Mounting Pads D. Fuel Tank: Fuel tank as per manufacturer design.

E. Acoustic Enclosure: The entire generator, prime mover, fuel tank should be housed in a sound proof acoustic enclosure made of CRCA sheets with UV resistant powder coating on a structural/sheet metal base frame. The walls of the enclosure should be insulated with insulating material complying with IS-8183 specifications for better sound attenuation so as to comply with the 75 dB at 1 mtr sound levels specified by MOEF/CPCB. The enclosure should be provided with the following:- (i) Suitable doors on all sides to enter in to the container for easy maintetance, provision if locks and handles for opening/ closing doors. (ii) Suitable internal lighting to carry out easy inspection and maintenance. (iii) Air Inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load.(iv) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel.(v) Fuel filling point with locking arrangement.(vi) Push button for emergency stop F. Tools :-One set of tools for maintenance as per OEM recommendation to be provided. Note: Following shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted:- (i) Concrete foundation as per site requirement for installation of DG set as per manufaturer's recommendations including necessary excavation earth work etc in any type of soil. (ii) Install on the foundation, connecting fuel lines, cables and other connected items rqeuired for functioning.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of fire pump electrically driven horizontal centrifugal end type pump in standard construction bronze impeller (having Suc x Del. nozzle size 100 x 80mm) shaft and shaft sleeves coupled with 45KW/60HP squirrel cage induction motor, 415 volts, 50Hz, 3phase, 2955 rpm mounted on a common base plate with coupling guard suitable for discharge of 2280 LPM at a total head of 70 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of horizontal centrifugal end suction type jockey pump in standard construction having bronze impeller Suc x Del.nozzle size 65mm x 80mm) coupled with suitable squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 rpm with capacity of 15 Kw/20 HP mounted on a common base plate with coupling guard suitable for discharge of 500 Lpm at total head of 36 M complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 15 & 16 : (i) The quoted unit rates shall deemed to be included the Base Plate, coupling and coupling guard, gland packing etc. (ii) Necessary PCC in filling and foundation and plastering work shall be measured and paid separately under respectiv item of BoQ.

Dismantling of Existing jockey fire pump of 20 HP capacity 500 LPM discharge of 36 m head at fire P/H No - I, II & Magazine area and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 250 KVA indoor type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 Phase, 4 wire,50 Hz AC with oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of + 2.5 % + 5% and 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated over load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS 335 and including all fittings /accessories as per IS-2026. The transformer should be fixed with cable box on LT Side and brass cable gland HV bushings, oil temperatures gauge 96 mm dial type dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent oil conservator explosion vent rating and terminal marking plate oil level gauge oil drain and filter valve extra bushing to the re-store outside cable box for providing independent earthings and neutral fittings, lugs and to earthings terminal and all other standard accessories /fittings all as specified and directed as under :- (a) One cable box on HT side (primary) consisting of 3 numbers porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with 1 number cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of 03 core 95 Sq mm HT 11 KV grade ,XLPE, heavy duty, armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of 04 numbers Single core 400 Sq mm LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel).

(e) Explosive vent , Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (j) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked filtered tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (k) Providing two numbers danger notice plate of 1.6 mm mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour for HT, 25 x 20 cm size. NOTE:- Plate form for mounting the transformer shall be measured and paid for separately Note :- Cost of dismantling old transformers and depositing it in MES store yard shall be deemed to be included in unit uoted rates. (k) Providing two numbers danger notice plate as specified for HT, 25 x 20 cm size.

All as per item No 15.00 here-in-before but outdoor type of capacity 400 KVA.

Dismantling of Existing fire pump of 60 HP/75HP capacity 2275 LPM discharge of 70M head at Fire P/H No I, II & Magazine area deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Note - VCB 400 AMPS 26.3KA RUPTURING CAPACITY - 01 SET. (ii) 01 No combined series tripping powered IDMT/Microprocessor relay consisting of 02 Nos over current relays and 01 No earth fault (iii) Cost if necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC in foundation, MS frame work, brick work in CM 1:4, plastering 10 cm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as per site reuirement or manufacturers instruction for VCB shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (iv) Cost of dismentling old unserviceable HT switchgear and depositing it in MES store yard shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.
