Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by machine/power hammer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Demolition material thrown away from the defence land and rate of loading, unloading and transportation cost of demolition material included in above quoted rate.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per squarecentimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Necessary Design mix shall be carried out by the contractor. The rate of the same is included in the item.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep X 10mm wide, filled with Grade 'A' sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints in 150 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base or paving etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry, complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under sub base including watering and consolidating as in cushioning bed for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set jointed screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolishion of kerb stone complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) of (Fe 410 W Gde E-250) channels, Angle square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe of dia 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, manhole covers, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 10 mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built with cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces to brick/concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and apllying three coats of white wash complete.
