The work of erection of 11 KV Line for bifurcation of 11 KV Telephone Exchange Line due to overload under EUDD, Banda

The work of erection of 11 KV Line for bifurcation of overloaded 11 KV Telephone Exchange Feeder under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2023-24 under EUDD, BANDA on Semi-Turnkey basis, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. Material like clamps, channel, angle, alu. lugs, cable boxes, hoisting clamp, nut-bolts & GI Pipe of appropriate size is to be arranged by contractor on his own cost, details of the work as given below ;-

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Erection of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Grouting of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each).

Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Hanging cable (3x185 Sq.mm.) with support of GI Wire of appropriate strenght in such a manner that cable does not get stressed i.e. to be clamped and hanged at many support. (All material related to such work except cable to be arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Making/Fabricating steel structure to support 11 KV line so as to create distance from building or structure to make it safe as per Electricity Act 1956 norms. (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of M.S. T-off Channel alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of Holding clamp with nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of Stay Clamp with nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of Guarding Angle with clamp & nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of Clamp for channel with nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & fixing of Aluminium Lugs of suitable size alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply and commissioning of 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit I/D (Cable Box) for 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).
