Providing and laying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler on bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm with 25 mm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.22 mm size respectivelly per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectivelly including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6-9 tonne capacity etc. with parking asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent @ 70 gm/kg of asphalt including seal coat with all lead and lift complete job .
