Work of Provision of House Sewer Connections to the sewerage system in Pali town

Door-to-door survey of all properties to be connected with Sewer Network, Preparation of sketch drawing showing layout arrangement for each house sewer connection with all the details and obtain approval from EIC or his representative, Preparation of as built drawing (Layout plan) in AutoCAD for each property / dwelling connected with sewer network.

Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of PVC-U pipes (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications with rubber rings with socket and spigot joint, (EPDM/SBR) for connecting the Kitchen & Toilet / W.C. of the house with required specials for all depths for pipe length, including dismantling of all type of floors/Road with mechanical cutter, trench excavation, 50 mm thick bedding by PCC 1:3:6, refilling, compaction and making floor good by 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), disposal of surplus excavated material etc. as per drawing and specification and commissioning etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing at site, lowering & laying PVC-U pipe above ground/floor, aligning & jointing of PVC-U pipes (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications with rubber rings with socket and spigot joint , (EPDM/SBR) as per specification including commissioning etc complete as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), 50 mm cover at 3 sides of pipe. For encasing of pipe above ground/floor.

Providing, laying and jointing160 mm dia PVC-U pipe (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications for providing as sleeve to 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe (exposed to atmosphere) crossing open drains etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of brick masonry chamber of bricks class designation 75 of 115 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 clear inside dimension 300 x 300 x 500 mm, 50 mm thick base PCC 1:3:6, providing & fixing 390 x 390 mm RCC precast cover with frame of LD-2.5 and square mouth S.W. gulley trap P-type of size 100 x 100 mm as per IS 651: 1992 (amended up to date) with CI grating, sand filling in gaps, finishing with PCC 1:3:6 inside the chamber in slope arround the mouth of Gulley Trap, specials for connection gulley trap and PVC-U pipe including dismantling of all type of floors / road with mechanical cutter, excavation, disposal of surplus excavated material, site clearance etc. complete job as per Specifications, drawing and directions of Engineer in Charge.

Empting of septic tank/ soakage well etc, disposing of sludge within a lead of 5km and taking out sewage including cleaning of site.

Bypass of Septic tank by providing, laying and jointing of 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe for all length from inlet to outlet pipe including 2 nos. couplers, 1 nos. MS clamps and dismentling, repairing, making good the holes etc. complete job as per direction of engineer in charge.

Making connection with road side inspection chamber from pipes coming from inside property including making holes, repairing the holes with cemnet mortar 1: 4, jointing of 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc. complete job as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of brick masonry chamber of bricks class designation 75 of 115 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick inside plaster in 1:4, clear inside dimension 300 x 300 x 500 mm, 50 mm thick base PCC 1:3:6, 75 mm thick benching in slope, providing & fixing 390 x 390 mm RCC precast cover with frame of LD-2.5, provision for fixing of 2 nos. 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe etc. as per specifications , drawing and directions of Engineer in Charge.
