Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Water Supply Installation at CGDHQ-10 comprising with pumping sets and operation of electric panels, sluice valve and electric panels for pumping and supply of potable water during supply hrs with ONE OPERATOR Skilled (FGM) daily in TWO SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning, Evening ) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Details of Plants:- (a) 20 HP Electric driven Pump set -02 Nos (01 Diesel Driven + 01 Electric Driven for Shallow Well) (b)10 HP Electric driven Pump set-02 Nos (01 Diesel Driven + 01 Electric Driven) (c) 1.5 HP Electric driven Pump set -02 Nos ( 01W+01S) (d) 5 HP Electric driven Pump set -01 Nos

Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Water Supply Installation at CGDHQ-10 comprising with pumping sets and operation of sluice valve and supply of potable water during supply hrs with ONE HELPER Semi-skilled (Mate) daily in TWO SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning, Evening ) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only the following materials required for day to day maintenance of water supply installations : - (a) Bleaching Powder in per kg bags for disinfection of water

(b) Ferric alum in 10 kg Blocks for sedimentation of water Note:- Above item 3& 4 will be operated through the labours deployed under item 1

Servicing / over hauling of 3 Phase 415 Volts 1440 RPM upto 20 HP capacity induction motor installed at Pump houses in CGDHQ-10 along with following others repairs a) Taking out Motor from its Position by decoupling from Pump and disconnecting all cable connections b) Dismantaling of induction Motor complete part by part carefully , testing all coils , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. c) Heating & varnishing to stator with super quality varnish and dried out properely with external heat as ordered & directed d) Reassembeling the motor complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item here-in after) e) Reinstall the Motor at its existing Position, couple with the Pump connecting all cable connections and testing on completion

Servicing / over hauling of Electric driven Vertical / Horizontal split casing Pump sets Installed at CGDHQ-10 Pump House coupled with upto 10/5/1.5 HP Motor along with following others repairs. a). Taking out Pump from its Position by decoupling from Motor and disconnecting all suction /delivery water connections , setting aside Pump from base plate , b).Dismantaling of Pump complete part by part carefully , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. c). Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope . d). Reassembeling the Pump complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained against Item above, greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropraite Item here-in-after) e) Reinstall the Pump at its existing Position , couple with the Motor and connecting all suction delivery water connections and testing on completion Note for Item No 5 & 6 (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoted against this Item. (ii). Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts that are not covered under Item but required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of Motor / Pump shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator / Rotor parts for machining & rewinding, shaft impeller bushing for machining , welding , turning at lathe shop at Port Blair are also deemed to be included with unit rate. iii). Rewinding of stator / rotor of motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only the following Items of Pumpset capacity upto 20 HP Motor to incorporate against each Item No-2 (a) Gun metal Impeller for 20 HP

(b) Gun metal Impeller for 10 HP

(c) Gun metal Impeller for 5 HP

(d) MS Coupling for 20/10 HP

(e) DE ( Driver End ) as per existing size Make- SKF, NBC

(f) NDE ( Non Driver End ) as per existing size Make- SKF, NBC

(g) Bakelite Terminal connection plate with brass nuts bolts and washers

(h) Plastic Rotar Fan

(i) GI Flange 100 mm bore

(j) GI Flange 80 mm bore

(k) Pump Shaft suitable for existing pumpsets

(l) Rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator cap 20 HP obtained from Item here-in-above with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding ,cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete as directed

(m) Rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator cap 10 HP obtained from Item here-in-above with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding ,cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete as directed

(n) Rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator cap 5 HP obtained from Item here-in-above with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding ,cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete as directed

(o) Rewinding stator of submersible motor of capacity 20 / 15 HP obtained from Item here-in-above with water proof insulated copper wire of existing guage and size to achieve the specified / required RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding , cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete all as specified and as directed.

(p) MS Channel base frame for 20/10 HP Pump set

(q) MS Channel base frame for 5 HP Pump set

Supply & Fix the following items under repairs complete all as specified & directed. (a)DOL starter for 5 HP

(b)Sluice valve,PN 1.6, 100 mm size

(c)Sluice valve,PN 1.6, 80 mm size

(d) Leather gasket for Flange 100 mm bore

(e) Leather gasket for Flange 80 mm bore

(f)Single phase preventer for 20/10 HP Pump set

(g) PCC Foundation for 20/10 HP Pump set

(h) PCC Foundation for upto 5 HP Pump set

Scraping old paint of Electric induction Motor 20/15 HP Motor , NC Vertical/ Horizontall / Multi staging Pump , Suction , delivery Pipes, sluice valves , NRV Valves at CGDHQ Pump House, (Approx coverage area-8-10 Sqm) and Painting with one coats of red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enameal paint of shade as directed by Engnr-in-Charge including writing Sm No. , MES No.complete as all specified and as directed

Material and labour for PVC insulated and sheathed flat 3 core, Size 10 Sqmm copper stranded conductor water proof submersible cable 1100 Volts Grade , and connecting to submersible Motor pump set & starter securing with necessary clamps along the column Pipes including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Display board indoor type of size 90x60cm fabricated on 6 mm thick ply board and acrylic sheet of 2 mm thick for writing instructions and line diagram, with aluminium bedding complete including dismantling existing unserviceable one.

M & L Fully Automatic Star Delta starter suitable for 15 HP Submersible Motor Type MU-G In Sheet Metal Enclosure ( Motor Rating AC-3 Duty, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase complete including dismantling unserviceable starter complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance and servicing, overhauling to DG set including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective and worn out minor filters gaskets, V- belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts, bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc, tappet settings if required and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, applying petroleum jelly to battery tereminals, adding distilled water checking the oil, coolent levels of capacity upto 63 KVA DG set installed at various locations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge (i) Spares required for maintenance will be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications/ instructions (iii) Proper record & test results of the same shall be maintained as directed (iv) Work shall be carried out at site at different location

Supply only the following Items of DG Sets of capacity upto 63 KVA to incorporate against each Item No-36 here-in-above (a) Engine oil 20W 40 multi grade of make SERVO/KIRLOSKAR

(b) Diesel filter element with 'O' ring suitable for existing DG set

(c) Spin- on filter element for luricanting oil with 'O' ring suitable for existing DG set

(d) By pass filter element with 'O' ring suitable for existing DG set

(e) Air filter element suitable for existing DG set

(f) Fan Belt complete suitable for capacity existing DG set

M & L for AVR (automatic voltage regulator) control unit assembly suitable for 7.5 KVA DG set to 82.5 KVA DG set including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and applying Petrolium Jelly (01 Kg plastic sealed container) complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Indian oil/ Hindustan Petrolium/ Castrol/ BPCL

Supply and fill distilled water for topping up in lead acid batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill electrolyte of suitable specific gravity for lead acid batteries in sealed container complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Battery leads of PVC insulated, multistranded, copper conductor of size 70 sqmm of 1.25 mtr long ach duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG set batteries installed at different locations complete including removal of extg unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for battery teriminal brass clamps including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for repair and calibration of FIP and injectors from authorised dealer for petty repairs to make the FIP functional as per standard calibration procedure and norms including replacement of minor spares, gasket etc for smooth functioning of FIP and refixing its original position including testing at site for following capacities of DG set complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 15.00 KVA DG set

(b) 15.00 KVA DG set to 50.00 KVA DG set

(c) 63 KVA DG set

M & L for carrying our repairs to AMF panel of 15 KVA DG set to 200 KVA DG set at various instllation inclduing study, tracing out circuit, testing, repalcing all defective parts, rewinding existing power and control wiring with same cables icluding testing and commissioing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Spares like Volt meter, CT, power contactor if required for repair will be deemed to be inclusive in Quote rates.

S & F for battery low maintenance lead acid of capacity 12 volts 180 AH with initial charging including removal of extg unserviceable one and hand over to store yard compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. Make:- Exide/ AMCO/ Amaron

M & L for chart/ diagram/ name plates/ details of DG sets made out of bakeite hylem sheet, ISI marked, 3 mm thick , cutting to shape /size including fixing of adhesive transperent filament of red/ blue colour including cutting of filament of letters/ figures/ diagrames/ details of suitable size/ type all as directed inclluding fixing to the wall by wooden screw and PVC hold fast etc complete all as directed and specified. Note :- Matter/ figure/ chart/ diagrames/ letter shall be give by the Engineer- in- Charge

Supply and fill genuine coolant in 5 ltrs plastic sealed container for topping up in Radiator of DG set located at different locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for self starter assembly 12 volts complete suitable for 7.50 KVA DG set to 83 KVA DG setincluding removal of extg unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Lucas/ TVS

S & F for electric shock treatment coloured chart of English, Hindi languages of size 2' x 3' dully framing with second class hard wood boarding of 1" x 1" with front side PVC transperent sheet and back side with plywood cover of 3 mm thick including suitable hanging arrangement all as directed
