The Diesel Engine shall be complete with necessary control and safety devices as per IS/ BS specifications. Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Exhaust pipe assembly for the DG sets of size as required. (The Tenderer shall specify the number and size of Exhaust pipes for their Sets.) But the length specified and rate shall be quoted for the Pipes based on route length, irrespective of number of pipes for each DG set.

MV PANELS :- Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for main frame and 1.6mm thick partitions after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminum bus-bar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing & fixing glass reinforced concrete concrete pattern , designe,thickness & color of M/S(G.R.C.) screens in approved size. The screens should be made from 53 grade white portland cement manufactured, quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured, Super Plasticizers , manufacturered, Polymers manufacturered by & U.V. resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufctured. The material casting should take place to synthetic rubber/FRP mould manufctured. The fixing of screens should be Dry fixing i.e. to be done with stainless steel `L' shaped Clamps, desh fasteners & pins.
