Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 415V, 3phase 50HZ, 4 wire Radiator cooled 625KVA DG set with Acoustic Enclosure with Electrical Control panel. The Diesel Engine shall be complete with necessary control and safety devices as per IS/ BS specifications. The Engine shall be suitable for continuous operation of Generator, inclusive of Flywheel, flexible coupling, air cleaner, corrosion resistor, Radiator, fan with guard, Fuel pump,fuel filter, Electronic governor, starting system with separate Battery charger with 2nos 24Vsealed low Maintenance Batteries, Voltage regulator, Instrument panel with RPM Indicator, Exhaust silencer (residential), protections against Low Lube oil pressure, high water temperature and with standard capacity fuel tank suitable for 8hrs of Full load operation, with fuel lines from Fuel tank to DG set, battery stand, anti vibration pads and first filling of lubricating oil and fuel oil for set. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block in foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by the table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finished and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing & fixing glass reinforced concrete concrete pattern , designe,thickness & color of M/S(G.R.C.) screens in approved size. The screens should be made from 53 grade white portland cement manufactured, quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured, Super Plasticizers , manufacturered, Polymers manufacturered by & U.V. resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufctured. The material casting should take place to synthetic rubber/FRP mould manufctured. The fixing of screens should be Dry fixing i.e. to be done with stainless steel `L' shaped Clamps, desh fasteners & pins.
