RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed.)

RequiredCertificates of Work Experience for contractor as required in the NIT. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing

RequiredAgency has to upload the work completion certificate along with breakup amount of each specialized work. Without breakup consolidated amount of work completion certificate will not be accepted by the tendering authority and reject the tender accordingly after cancellation of tender no claim will be entertain by the tenderer

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated) To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents or undertaking that contractor shall obtain certificate within 45 days from award of the work.

RequiredAn undertaking that If I/we shall become the lowest tenderer, I/we will arrange to get registered all the manpower/workers deployed against this work on Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance machine within 15 days after start of the work as per agreement. All the deployed manpower/workers shall mark their attendance on Biometric Attendance machine at their location of work. For marking of attendance, I/We shall provide Biometric Attendance Machine along with independent Wi-fi network / hotsp
