M & L for cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of Air cooled package/ precesion unit both indoor and out door unit by blower, water pressure jet with caustic soda solution, removing of all dust and dirt internally and externally from unit, checking of all electrical / mechanical components, topping up refrigerant if required, replacement of burnt out electrical components, calibration of PCB, insulation of suction/discharge line, cleaning of pre/micro filters, including repair of leakage by brazing of U bend, copper pipe, straightening of fins, painting of U bend with approved colour, painting of liquid line complete all as specified and directed.Note : Refrigerant gas will be issued under Sch 'B' and all other major burnt out electrical parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch.

M & L for replacement of package / precession AC out door condenser motor with fan blade assembly as per site requirement including starting / running capacitor of suitable size including control wiring, toggle switch of outdoor unit, terminal block, relay, contactor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of complete dum assembly of package unit 5.5 TR with drum shaft, blower, bearing, shaft assembly, filters, complete with all electrical and mechanical work to made serviceable all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing false ceiling of any type/make/size including all electric fitting/fixture, fire alarm and any other accessories etc for repair/replacement of AC duct and refixing the same in its original position with out any damage, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- If, any kind of damage occurred to false ceiling and other services like electric supply cable/fitting/fixture, fire alarm, water supply line or any other services, due to negligence or poor workmanship of contractor, the same will be repaired/replaced by the contractor free of cost and no extra payment shall be made in this effect to the contractor

M&L for cleaning of air handling ducts (GI/Al) internally by using special equipments & tools like robotic arm, air jet nozzles, flipper vaccum pump and a suction blower with hepa filter, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair for laying, jointing, connecting and testing indicator cable 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed with bare annealed copper conductor alongwith suitable size PVC conduit fixed on wall / ceiling / floor with suitable MS saddle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement new hermitically sealed scroll compressor 19/21 TR 3 phase 440 volt , complete with filled oil suitable for R-22/407/410 a Non CFC refrigerant gas etc including disconnecting and reconnecting with inlet and outlet refrigerant copper pipe with brazing/ soldering as required to make leak proof connection all as specified and directed. Note : 1.Referigerant Gas will be supplied by department as Sch 'B'. Transportation for gas from AGE E/M yard to site is to be provided by Contractor 2. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary electrical check i.e. checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (iv) Before opening/ dismantling the compressor the Refrigerant gas to be taken in empty cylinder by the help Ice or as directed.

M & L necessary tools for finding leakage in condenser coil and rectify defects including welding/brazing as necessary by arranging N2 gas for checking and mutein gas for welding etc all as directed and testing for satisfactory operation of window/split type AC complete all as specified and directed.
