CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL–RUF,ATP,SULFUR YARD

Excavation upto 1.5m — Earthwork excavation below ground level for all typesofsoil (excluding soft and hard rock) forfoundations,trenches, pavements, footings, and alliedworks, up to 1.5m depth, including removal ofvegetation/debris, dressingof sides, leveling, grading,ramming of bottoms,dewatering, keeping surface dry,disposal or stacking ofsurplus excavated material within100 m lead, and providingtemporary support to existingservices such aswater/sewage/electric/underground cables,complete as perdirections (excluding shoring and strutting).

Manual Excvtion 0-1.5m — Manual excavation using insulated tools below groundlevelfor foundations, trenches, pavements, footings, andalliedworks, in all types of soils, for depth up to 1.5m,including all labour, materials, dressing ofsides,leveling, grading, ramming of bottoms, pumping andbailingout of rain or sub-soil water, disposal or stackingofsurplus excavated material within 100 m lead and lift upto1.5m, complete, including trial pits or otherspecificworks as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/HPCL.

Manual Excvtion >1.5m — Manual excavation using insulated tools below groundlevelfor foundations, trenches, pavements, footings, andalliedworks, in all types of soils, for depth up to 3.0m,including all labour, materials, dressing ofsides,leveling, grading, ramming of bottoms, pumping andbailingout of rain or sub-soil water, disposal or stackingofsurplus excavated material within 100 m lead and lift upto3.0m, complete, including trial pits or otherspecificworks as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/HPCL.

Backfilling 0-100M — Backfilling/filling with available excavated soilintrenches, plinths, foundations, pits, and allied works,inlayers not exceeding 15 cm thickness,includingre- excavating deposited soil, breaking clods,spreading,watering, manual or mechanical ramming/compactiontoachieve 90% maximum dry density, dressing, andtrimming,with disposal within 100 m lead, complete asperEngineer-in-Charge directions.

T/D within 1Km-3km — Transportation of surplus excavated earth, debris, silt,ormud from the work site beyond the initial lead of 100m,including re-excavation of previously depositedmaterial,loading, conveying by tractor trolley/truck,unloading, anddisposal Inside the Refinery premises atlocationsapproved by the Municipal Corporation, includinglevelingand dressing of the area from where material isremoved,complete in all respects as per the directions oftheEngineer-in-Charge.

RR Masonary BGL — Supplying and laying approved brand abrasion-resistant,hardaggregate-based, non-metallic topping material onconcretefloors, as per manufacturer’s recommendations, toachieveheavy-duty wearing surface suitable for allheights. Thework includes surface preparation, mixing,placement,leveling, and finishing to ensure a durable,wear-resistantfloor. All works shall be carried out as perspecificationsand directions of the Engineer-in-Charge(EIC).
