Dismantling tile work for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including removal debris to outside MoD land ccomplete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows Of area 3 sq. metres and below (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows Of area beyond 3 sq. metres and below (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by Mechanical means including stacking of pipes complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick work built in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for chipping of unsound/weak concrete material of 50 mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris outside Mod land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of unsound/weak concrete material of 25 mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris outside Mod land complete all as specified and directed.
