Supply of upgraded version channel plate gasket for plate type heat exchanger model AX30 BFM in Heat Exchanger 4B of Unit-IV ACW system as per drawing enclosed.
Charges for dismantling the Heat Exchanger and its constituent plate by removing the tightening blot & pressure frame.
Charges for cleaning of about 200 nos of Heat Exchanger channel plates one by one on both sides thoroughly, removing the scale formation & marine growth, checking the channel plates if any damaged & changing if necessary.
Re-assembling the Heat Exchanger plates one by one after cleaning, tightening the pressure frame in to the original position and commissioning the Heat Exchanger.
Charges for checking and removing the loosened gasket plates form the heat exchanger assembly, peeling out the channel gasket from the plate completely, removing the layer of old glue from the removed gasket and groove of the plate by applying suitable remover, applying the gasket cement on the groove evenly, pasting the new gasket over the plates, removing the excess glue, curing the gasketted plate by applying the load including the cost of consumables like gasket cement, brush, cloth T&P etc.,
