M & L for preparing old plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying one coat of anti fungal weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for wooden flooring as per BWF standard, comprising of surface boards or floor boards of Maple wood pre-treated with anti-termite and water resistant lacquer having thickness 21 mm, width 55 mm to 90 mm and of random length, finger lock grove on edges and air pass groove on bottom side, jointed together in a tongue groove fashion laid over the under frame of Anti-termite treated Pine wood battens of size 70 mm X 45 mm at 350 mm centre to centre spacing fixed on the bottom side with 19 mm thick air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 350 mm centre to centre spacing, screwing/ nailing surface boards to the underframe through tongue only and locking the nailed/screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards, locking the ends of the boards by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixing with suitable adhesive, floor including finishing floorboards surfaces with two coats of deep penetrating imported non-skid polyurethane lacquer after sanding with machine and game line marking carried out with required colour and shade as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for anodised aluminium door shutters side hung type with style, rails (top, bottom, and lock) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 50 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for basket ball pole movable jack system height adjustable as per international standard board size 180cm x 105cm, 18mm transparent acylic board and front padding, standard pole extension 1.2 metre made of the 150 mm square pipe base made up of the 100mm x 50mm chanel heavy during ring & nylon net. Pole padding on front side wheel size 150mm x 50mm PVC . Concrete weight 500 KG each side best quality PU spray pant complete all as directed and by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out copper/aluminium point wiring cable from existing concealed conduit point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Disturbed surfaces of wall shall be make good by cement mortar plaster, (1:3), and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty to match with existing surface finish) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down sub main wiring with aluminium / copper conductor cable of any size drawn through rigid conduit / casing capping etc. (surface/concealed) including accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed
