Construction of office space adjacent to NITB at S V Airport, Raipur Subhead SITC of Air Conditioners

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of indoor and outdoor Highwall 1.5 TR capacity spilt Inverter Air conditioner units (BEE 5 star rating) having Eco friendly refrigerant evaporator and condensing unit made of copper tubes, Aluminium fins which includes mounting of indoor & outdoor unit including providing suitable size of MS angle type stand at their respective location along with laying of suitable size of refrigerant, UPVC drain pipeline with insulation & flexible PVC covering pipe up to 3 mtr. connecting both the units, leak testing of entire system, connecting both indoor and outdoor units with 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper cable supplied with the unit , top up of refrigerant (if required), minor civil repairing work as per site requirement complete as required as per AAI's preferred make list.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling mounted 1.5 TR capacity Inverter cassette type (BEE 5 star rating) Air-conditioning unit consisting of ceiling maunted indoor unit and condenser unit (Outdoor Unit) with nominal cooling capacity of around 5.3 kW nominal (approx. 18,000 BTU/hr). suitable for operation of 230 volts I phase 50 Hz AC supply with compressor suitable for R-32, cordless remote controller, integrated drain pump, auto air swing louvers extremely quit in operation etc. including mounting indoor unit from the ceiling with suitable brackets/ tie rod as per standard practice in the industry, installation of condensing units with suitable MS angle/ channel/ bracket/ supports on the terrace/ sunshade/ wall/ column as per site requirements, initial filling of the gas to full capacity etc. complete as required as per AAI's preferred make list.

Supplying and drawing 1.1 KV grade, 4 core X 2.5 sq mm, FRLSH, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor round cable confirming to IS 694 in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of copper piping (suction & discharge line) including suitable insulation with nitrile rubber suitable for 1.5 TR ceiling mounted cassette/ Highwall spilt Inverter Air conditioner including brazing, clamping, chipping and minor civil work complete with all accessories as required.

Supply and fixing of rigid UPVC / flexible drain pipe of 25 / 32 mm dia. Including suitable insulation complete with all fittings, U straps, clamps, bends, elbows, flexible connections etc. complete as required.

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Flexible LED strip light fixture with CRI>70 LED Strip shall have minimum 8 watt/mtr at 4000K CCT or as per site requirement. Driver shall support minimum 5Mtr strip length as per customised length including suitably rated LED driver etc. complete as required.
