Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 1603. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal witn in all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 Graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) First Class Bricks including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor.

B) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding form work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level TOR STEEL including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete.including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including form work in : String courses coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters Enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 60 mm ISI Marked as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
