S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for shutters of doors, windows (openable/ sliding), ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary handle, hinges, bolts etc and filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Factory Made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5.0 mm thick plain colour PVC Sheet reinforced with Mild Steel Square Tube, fixing in opening as per Specifications and Drawings shown in MES Schedule Part-II, as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick, consisting of frame made out of Mild Steel Tube of 19 Gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for Stiles and 15mm x 15mm for Top & Bottom Rails. Mild Steel Frame shall have a coat of Steel Primer of Approved Make Manufacturer. Material and labour for glazed ceramic tile of area not less than 300 mm x 450 mm in vertical surfaces of wall and thickness not less than 7 mm, jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surface laid over and including 10mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints.hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning to concrete / plastered surfaces of sunken slab and applying water proofing treatment in the following courses:- ( a) Applying bitumen blown any grade, applied hot in two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 kg per sqm. Per coat. (b) Supplying and laying polythene flim, black, 50 micron laid in floors incl provn of spout pipe of size of 40 mm dia and 600 mm long in desired position complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Two run of 1.5 Sqmm cable one run of 1.5 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bib taps 15 mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep in suitable size of hole with blades and frame and louvers.
