Conveyance of earth in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead 30 Km by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, benching of shores prior to placement of earthfill, including extra earth filling breaking clods water to OMC and compaction of each layer to 95% proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment 8-10 ton power roller, vibratory power roller, shore width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller ensuring compaction of designed bund section and also ensuring compaction of earth fill and side slopes through the deployment of hydraulic excavators with steel plate fixtures attached to their booms for heavy power roller including side slope as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specification.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing protection arrangements to the hoisting components in the vents of the New Tail end Regulator Devanthi Surplus regulator as per the following specification. The main vertical posts along the periphery of the platform shall be made of ISA 75x75x6 mm to a height of 2350 mm at upstream and downstream side and at an interval of 2000 mm from each other. The connecting members at the top of the vertical posts shall be made of 75 x 8mm MS flat of length 1.65. The top portion of the protection made with horizontal two numbers of 20 mm GI B-Class Pipe with 2"x1" weld mesh frame made by 25x25x6 mm MS angle and weld mesh fixed with 25x6 mm MS cover flats. Horizontal barricade at both sides made up of 20 mm dia B class GI pipe and protection grill of size 2000x2350mm made with 2"x1" weld mesh with 25x25x6mm MS angle frame allround and horizontally stiffened with 25x25x6mm MS angle at required interval and the weld mesh fixed with 25x6mm MS cover flats. The protection angle cutting to the required sizes and the angle should be drilled for 22mm dia by drilling machine at an required intervals and the GI pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at work shop. The angle and pipes conveyed from the work shop to worksite by using lorries and unloaded at site of work. The angle is to be fixed on the top of the platform in vertical position and welded with welding machine operated with power generator. The Gl pipes is to be fixed through the holes provided in the angle and extended with GI specials. The GI pipes is welded at all holes rigidly with power electrodes. This protective weld mesh frames shall be welded to the vertical post of new structure. All steel members shall be mechanically cleaned and given a coat of Zinc chromate enamel primer over which a coat of aluminium enamel paint shall be applied. The cost includes cost of all materials, process charges like gas cutting, welding, manual labour charges, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments, power charges from generator, scaffolding charges, risk allowance for working at a height of more than 3m, conveyance of equipments and manual labours to site and clearing them after completion of work, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing Stainless steel shutters of size above 2.10m X 1.50 m width consist of skin plate made out of 12mm thick Stainless steel plate and horizontally stiffened with SS built up T section with web 150x8 mm and Flange 75 x10 mm at an interval not more than 0.60m and vertical stiffeners made out of flat150x10mm Stainless steel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick Stainless steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of Side rubber seal - Z type with Mild Steel Flat plate throughout the length of Rubber seal and fitted with the existing structure by means of Mild Steel Washers, Nuts and Bolts including dismantling the old corroded bolts by cutting, removing old flats and hardened or damaged old rubber seals beam, then conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing of Flat bottom rubber seal with Stainless Steel Flat plate throughout the length of Rubber seal and fitted with the existing structure by means of Steel Washers, Nuts and Bolts including dismantling the old corroded bolts by cutting, removing old flats and hardened or damaged old rubber seals beam, then conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store, etc.., complete., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, supplying, and fixing of shutter Groove angle made of Stainless steel SS316 grade plate of size 600 × 8 mm, bent to shape as required for Holdfast stainless steel angle (50 × 50 × 6 mm), sill flat of stainless steel built-up I-section 150 × 75 × 8 mm, and roller track of stainless steel flat 75 × 10 mm. The work includes conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents, fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment, and conveying and stacking at the section store. The rate includes the cost of all materials, consumables, labour, charges for fabrication and hoisting equipment, conveyance, petty civil works, and a warranty for 5 years, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Stainless steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200 x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2 nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications, and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut.The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75x75x8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150x75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform. The gear box align with the screw rod and fixed with required bolts nuts etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer The rate including cost of worm gear, cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment’s like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment’s and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
