Dismantling stone slab of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Granite slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in cooking platform ,floor,steps, pillars, window cills, and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2:3mm thick, with araldite adhesives set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish.

S & F Machine cut cuddappa stone slab one side polished 20 to 25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Modular kitchen cabinet and wall cabinet comprising of with including necessary all other fixing arrangement and screws as per requirement at site etc. All cabinet made of factory made moulded 18mm thick glossy/Matt Finish solid waterproof MDF board and outer door and topside shall be of 18mm thick prelam coloured solid MDF board, for fixing the items fitted in position and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 12 mm thick factory made moulded glossy/Matt Finish solid waterproof MDF board for kitchen wall cabinet back side and etc comprising with and including necessary all other fixing arrangement as per requirement at site. For fixing the items fitted in position to walls minimum screws size 120 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including wall putty works as in cracks,patches as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in dado/ skirting of colour and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel kitchen sink with drainage board of overall size 915x460mm and bowl size 410x330x160mm with plugs,washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for stainless steel grill pattern Bottle Rack size 8" wide and 20" deep including stainless steel channels of make hettich, godrej or hafale.Dia of stainless steel bar used to make grill pattern shall be min 5mm fixing the items fitted in position and complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Demolition of existing shelvs below existing kitchen platform shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F Bib taps fancy type long body with ss pipe chromium plated for 15mm bore pipe, screwed for iron pipes or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of any dia of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 600 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels of manholes and fair finished using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/bed of man hole, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/concrete block masonry , built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles All as above but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, type C-1,1:3:6 mix ( using 20mm graded aggregate ), exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in copings including necessary form works complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg.) as in channel benching of man holes laid to slope and shape as required including necessary form work if required and finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast cement concrete reinforced (steel fibre) 50mm thick 900 x 900 mm manhole cover type LD M-30 drain cover slab with additional frame for fixing, finished the surface even and fair and set in CM 1:4 and handles including demolition of old existing RCC cover (Reinforcement required to cut as facilitate to domolition) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of reinforcement (steel fibre)

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade on 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, or floor complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

N&L for construction of soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 M dia X 3 M effective depth complete all as specified & directed.
