M&L for removal of blockage between manhole to manhole lines, gully trap, floor trap, CI pipe, complete cleaning of manhole sludge of any depth etc of various sizes for sewage line by any means (rodding etc manually) including removing rugs of any type, dirt sludge and silt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, etc complete. (ii) Minimum 4 persons sewer man shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines .The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) Inspection of sewage line and preventive repair/maintenance to be carried out by the contractor in routine without waiting for the complaints from users. The record of the same shall be maintained by the contractor. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint per day.

Cleaning of sewage lines of size 150mm dia and over including man holes through chassis mounted Diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum getting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with international standard pumps having 3000 ltrs suction capacity operating by skilled operator with supervisor cum engineer for cleaning/ partial desilting of manholes and sewer lines as per guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Jetting of the sewer line shall be carried out by high pressure system of w2200 PSI/Suction. The work shall be carried out as and when required basis for required lengths at various locations.

M&L for dewatering /de-sludging of soakage well filled with of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic & inorganic nature by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside defence area as per prevailing rules of local authorities. The de-sludging of sewage soakage well is to be carried out up to the bottom slab of sewage sump/ sewage/soakage well/septik tank complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including necessary safety precautions to be adhered during working as per the prevailing local authorities rules. Note: The quoted rates shall be included for hydraulic pressure machine for this item.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150mm/200mm dia salt glazed stone ware AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar including PCC benching, haunching etc set in cement mortar including as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil/road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m but & not exceeding 3.0m depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth & getting cut in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick masonry built in CM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings etc not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete allas specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm grade ‘A’internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40mm gradded aggregate for 150mm bore of pipe as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunchng against the sides of pipes including shuttering and supports to concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm grade ‘A’internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40mm gradded aggregate for 200mm bore of pipe as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunchng against the sides of pipes including shuttering and supports to concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole, surface channel and drain including finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for 60mm thick 610mm dia circular manhole cover with frame manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed moulds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 20.00 but square in shape of size 750mmx750mm.

S&F 75 mm bore cast iron drain drain/waste/vent pipes fixed to wall, floor jointed with led joints including dismantling of old cast iron drain, waste, vent pipe of any description, jointed with any material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron drain drain/waste/vent pipes fixed to walls or floor jointed with led joints including dismantling of old cast iron drain, waste, vent pipe of any description, jointed with any material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for in repair cast iron door bends of 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for in repair cast iron door bends of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for in repair cast iron branch pieces, tee equal or unequal spigot or socket type or with parallel branches to 75 mm dia pipe fitted with assess door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing the silt/soil of any description from the storm drains of size not exceeding 3 metre depth, 3 metre width complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan of Orissa pattern of approved make of size 580 mm X 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe including lime concrete bedding and connection to anti syphonage pipe etc including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches n exceeding 1 sqm each & matching with existing tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of floor (terrazo/ PCC/Tiles of any description) with cement mortar bedding but not backing) and removing the rubbish to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 9,560.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 29 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
