Sch 'A' PART-VI (Sewage Pumping) (a). Supply, Erection, Commissioning, Testing and Training for Submersible sewage pump sets (set of two pump set, 1W + 1S) for permissible solid 65 mm of under mentioned capacity and including followings :- i) Pump with motor with required resin filled triple protection flexible copper cable from control panel to motor. ii) CI Pedastal Coupling. iii) CI Delevery Bend with suitable foundation as per manufacture's recommendations. iv) 65 mm Dia PN1 class Non Return Valve & sluice valve. v) CI dismantling Joint. vi) 65 mm dia Delivery pipe (Heavy grade GI flanged pipe of length from 6 to 10 mtr/pump including all fittings and GI bend at outlet). vii) 40 mm MS galvanised guide pipe/ Guide wire device as provided by manufacturer (from 6 to 10 mtr/pump). viii) Outdoor type intelligent Control panel which shall ensure fully automatic operation of pump sets in tandem made out of outer shell of 3.15 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet and inner shell of 2.0 mm thick pwder coated with suitable copper bus bars and locking arrangement and comparising of fully automatic pump starters to be operated by liquid level sensors and pre-programmed schedule, single phase preventer, phase reversal protection MCCBs/MCBs for motor back-up protection and at main incoming to panel bus, Digital Voltmeter, Ameter, wattmeter, LED indication lamps and required rating internal wiring by PVC insulated copper wires etc. Note:- 1. Above panel shall be designed for set of ix) MS chain (from 6 to 10 mtr/pump). x) Liquid level sensor and controls for fully automatic operation of pump sets and temp sensors for preventing the motor winding from overheating. Schedule 'A' Part VIII (Generating Set) NOTE :- All quantities are provisional. b) ALTERNATOR- Sailent pole brushless type suitable for direct couple to engine self excited, self regulated with fast response thyristor type electronic automatic voltage withhold out put voltage with in desired limit(+1%) Dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 35 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclousers liquied coolent cooled with radial fan mounted on rotor with insullation class- F/H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours operation ambient temperature condition as per BS 2613 IS 4722 with following accessories. i) One MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternator. ii) One fuel tank of suitable capacity for 12 hrs contineous running complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. Inbuilt inside DG Set iii) Battery as Manufactur recommended make and capacity, maintenance free with copper leads and terminals of suitable size. iv) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame. v) One hand operated rotory type pump connected.with HD pipe of length 10 Mtrs. d) FOUNDATION - Cost of PCC foundation as per manufacture recommendation included in the cost of DG Set. e) AMF CONTROL PANEL -The panel shall be made out of fabricated CRCA sheet steel suitable for outdoor floor mounting installation hinged from panel door for easy accessibility and suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring fuses with suitable provision for connection incoming/outgoing leads. It will include for following accessories. i) Alternator and mains connector, 3 pole suitable size with overload relay for protection. (ii) Digital multifanctional programable up to 200 Amps 500 Volts, three phase 4 wire LT net work to read power factor, frequency, Amps, and voltage - 01 No. iii) One set of mains supply voltage monitor to identify low voltage/complete failure and initiate necessory signal for. iv) Push botton for start/stop/reset, acknowledge. v) Master switch for auto/manual/test/off. vi) One set of lamp indicating load on mains set fails to start low lub oil pressure & high coolant temperature. vii) one audio alarm. viii) All control fuses will be so located as to be easly accessible for replacement. viii) Relay section will comprise set of relays for following:- a) Automatic starting of DG set in case of low voltage mains as pre-adjusted. b) Automatic transfer on mains dully monitered quality of supply for preset time period and shut down the DG set after present ideal running time.
c) In the event of faliure disel Engine to start on faliure of mains supply on one attempt to more starting impulse will be automatically given and of still the Engine duse not start due to same defect with in 30 second of first starting impulese it will be disconnected and locked, automatically given audio and visual signals. d) Automatically mains supply resoration without time delay in case of faliure of DG set due to faulty starting. e) The circuit will make use of minimum number of relays and control wiring will be neetly provided with adequate size of copper conductor cable of suitable size and end tag numbered at either ends. Note: AMF Panel of DG set shall be fixed inside the canopy of DG Set. f) Acoustic enclosure- Supply & install of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 35 KVA DG set as under. i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96 Kg /M3 coverd with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. v) Emergency stop push button out side the container. vi) Provn of light inside the canopy providing of FTL fitting 1x20 watt with wiring and control switch
