BOQ (GRASS CUTTING, DRAINS CLEANING AND CONNECTED WORK IN AIR FIELD AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)

Cutting wild growth i.e. grass, shurbs, bushes etc upto 150 mm from ground level by using tractor with jungle jim including removing outside of ministry of defence land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall provide tactor with jungle jim, driver, diesel/petrol including T& P and rate shall be deem to included in quoted in rate.

Cutting wild growth i.e. grass, shurbs, bushes etc upto 50mm from ground level by hand hold brush cuttter (diesel/petrol) including removing outside of ministry of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall provide machine, T&P & diesel/petrol and rate shall be deem to included in quoted in rate.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drains and bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of muddy soil including cutting small bushes, small trees girth not exc 30 cm and removing excavated materials exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil including levelling complete all as specified.

Removal of concertina coil dia 915 mm when stretched laid in drain for before cleaning and relaying the same after drain cleaning including nailing/grouting with cement and securing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and removing debries out side MD land as directed. Serviceable bricks shall be stock at site properly for re-use.

Material and Labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6Mtr mean radious complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Ditto all as per item No 7 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bricks on edge using sub class 'B' bricks bedded, grouted in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 laid on edge in floors, old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) typeD-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling in mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick each layer including watering and well ramming to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone wall including raking of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour rendering 15mm in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete including finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for three coat of whitewash on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in (below or above ground level) ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as insurface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any positon not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Providing RCC M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast cover slab and the like including steel formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length & bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than on 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of PVC rectro reflective display board of size 750 x 600 mm with yellow base and black letters/figures on both sides and vice versa with aluminium frame of section size 40 x 20 mm fixed at edge of board all around . Board Frame to be fixed to the PVC pipe with MS Clamps and nut bolts . PVC pipe should be 1050mm long 40 mm dia and 4mm thick fixed upto top of Board and embeded in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 of size 300 x300 x400 mm including necessary fixing and earth work. Letters/figures and arrows should be of width 60mm and over all size of letter not exceeding 50cm X 35 cm on each face and bottom of board to be fixed at 150mm above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
